I got the bike for my husband's birthday and he loves it! So with that being said...
The box it was shipped in was damaged and torn and when we opened it there was loose parts in the bottom of the box. It turns out it was a bolt that was to protect the forks from being bent. Also there weren't any bolts to attach the front fender. The rear fender, although it came attached is damaged, not to the point that it makes the bike unusable. I think this was done in shipping from the damage on the exterior of the box. Maybe M25 should look into the integrity of the shipping service.

I received the bike in about a week, and I opted for the larger battery, which was $200 more. I am heavy, about 275 pounds, and my first ride was 11 miles, with some substantial hills, no problem at all for the bike, and the battery was still at 90% when I got home. Wow

Man, I couldn’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with this bike! It is truly a turkey hunters dream, and I am very excited to take it in the deer woods this winter. This past week I went out to Starkville, MS for the opening weekend of their turkey season and managed to put 45 miles on the bike in just four days. No issues whatsoever. I covered way more ground in four days than someone without an ebike could do in several seasons. I was with a group of guys where some had ebikes, but some didn’t (RadRover, QuietKat, and Himiway) and of those who didn’t, they all loved that green M2S! You can be expecting 3 orders from some folks I know very soon as a matter of fact! Everything from start to finish was professional and smooth sailing, and I am very proud I went with M2S!

It came well boxed and yet easily put together. I had a question so I called the number; however after ringing 4/5 times I hung & made note I will call back? Within 2 minutes my phone rang and guess who?
The man stated “you tried to call us can I help you?”.

I just got it and I love it! My only(and not currently) issue was the Class 2 20mph limitation that it was stock shipped to me with. Once that situation was resolved, I found that I became absolutely enamored with the performance and features of this bike. I feel I should have upgraded originally to the 21 Ah battery...might as well have 2 anyway right?!
