I've had this bike a few weeks now, and I have to say I'm totally thrilled with my purchase. The support has been spot on, and prompt. This beautifully designed bike is a real head turner in town, people literally shout out compliments, but the bike really shines on the trails, and can take the rolling hills of SW Ohio with ease. At 61, this bike is allowing me to access places that were just way too challenging for me on my standard bike. This bike is a game changer, I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for fun and adventure.

The bikes are ok. We like them but too early to write a full review. The gear indicator on my base doesn't work, consequently, I have no idea what gear I'm in except by feel. The seat is rock hard, but that's an easy fix. Just need to get used to an e-bike.

Replacement Motor
The replacement motor worked out great, in sending the tech a video clip of the problem and he recognized the issue was with the motor.
Do yourself a favor and purchase the correct tool to remove the cassette retaining ring because a normal size tool will not fit over the retaining nut and washer.
I had to improvise, but all is well the motor works great now.
Thanks

I've seen a lot of electric bikes out here, but I have never seen a bike like this before with big fat tires. I had to purchase one, it looks so cool and it's a lot of fun to ride. This my first electric bike and having knee problems this definitely helps out a lot when it comes to cycling. M2S bikes are a great bike and the staff and customer service is awesome. They are patient and they walk you through any questions you might have. I will say, customer service isn't what it used to be these days, but with this company they set the bar. Great work M2S can't wait to see what other products you guys come out with.

Only reason I’m writing this is because you asked for it twice now. Rear wheel not true way too much wobble for my liking in a brand new bike. I will have to take it to a mechanic to fix. Front led light came with a broken reflector. While pedaling I noticed the chain acting a bit funny on the first trip with a slip once in a while. Not cool. Other than that installation was fairly simple and delivery was ok. Electronics work fine.

So far so good. Fun to ride and has good power. The battery life and speed of the bike are great. Only thing I didn’t like was the rear mud guard that seems to bounce and click against the frame but on rugged terrain. Overall a great bike!

Received our bikes when promised however one box was badly damaged and small scratch on one bike. Assembly was quick and easy. Have only ridden a small amount as cold, icy, and salty here in Maine. So far really like the bikes. Shifting is smooth and easy pedal assist is quick and seamless. Agree with other posters that fenders are cheap and noisy, they slap around quite a bit haven’t been on wet roads to assess how well they protect. So far happy with our purchase

Very impressed with the the company and the e-bike. Very fast delivery but appears the box was damaged and fenders apparently vanished although not discovered right away. No big deal: replacements are on their way. Very responsive to all me e-mails as well.

This is my first E mountain bike. My other E bike is a street bike. This bike is a lot of fun and seems to be built pretty tough. I would even call it a beast.
I had to get the front rotors adjusted as they were rubbing on the front disk.
The seat is not comfortable as compared to my street bike. Other than those two small items I give this bike a 5 star rating. It handles very well on the narrow mountain paths with the 3 inch wide knobby tires. The front suspension makes the hide enjoyable.
The larger battery on this bike is great for my 20 mile rides. Not much power on steep grades though. But on the uphill grades less that 10% it moves right along.
It was pretty easy assemble out of the box and I was up and riding in less than 90 minutes.
So far so good.
