750 All Terrain HT. First eBike, so cannot compare to other makers, but love this bike. First ride today. Road and off road. Snow and mud. Game changer in many ways. Being able to schedule and appointment and speak with a sale person on the phone (Thanks, Reilly) was very helpful for the buy decision. Some notes: many online videos and reviews just refer to the M2S 750 all terrain. The bike you almost universally see in the review is the HT, not the Base. But the reviews do not specify "HT" or "Base". So, you think all the features come with the Base. They do not. Compared to the Base, with the HT you get the larger 16 amp battery, versus 14 amp; hydraulic front fork versus spring; hydraulic disc brakes brakes mechanical; color display versus black & white; and, I think, the HT includes rack and fenders and these are extra on the Base. On the M2S website, it's not at all clear what the differences are between the Base and the HT. I almost bought the Base 750 thinking it had all the prior features. Moving on > Nowhere in the Specs on the website does it note that the wheels are 30 inch. The is simply helpful to know. > M2S offers a smaller wheel kit as a bike option, but it is not available for the 750 all terrain models. I did not catch this before I purchased the 750. > I am 5'10" with long legs. The medium frame is perfect for me, but the seat-post is too short. (M2S advantage versus competition is ability to order different frame sites.) Also, I need a shock system in the seat post for gravel service roads and logging roads, where I use the bike. > Assembling the bike, even for someone like me, was easy. However, and this is a very minor point, there are no instructions where and how to attach the front fender. If you look at website pictures you can figure out which fender end face front and to attach it to the back side of the fork, not the front. > When putting the front wheel on it is helpful to have a second person hold the wheel and guide the brakes into place, etc. > The rear fender rattles and I guess I can jury rig a fix to keep out off the back wheel. It is not a big deal and certainly does not matter to the riding experience, which is great. > The 750 HT gets you up steep hills just fine, although I haven't ridden it enough to know if that taxes the battery more. > The fat tires are one on the road. They are loud and not nimble, but fine. If your main use, like mine, is for unpaved roads, I think you will not feel it a big downside to have the fatties on a paved road. > This bike and the M2S customer experience are 5 star. The 28 mph top end is fantastic. As is the ability to configure for Class 1, 2 or 3. Go for it.

After researching ebikes for months I finally pulled the trigger on the M2S all terrain ht integrated. I’ve only ridden about 20 miles in the freezing weather here in RI but I’m very happy with my choice so far. The bike came in with everything that was promised and in perfect condition.
On my first ride I was concerned about a lack of throttle power and speed but after I adjusted the settings it was more than fine for me, accelerating to 25 MPH using only the throttle.
The only disappointment to me was that the battery doesn’t have a USB port which I would have been convenient to keep my phone charged for the GPS. Small issue but it’s my only one.

Bike delivery was delayed due to weather. However, the shipping company called me everyday with an update. The package was received in great shape and we are enjoying the bike.

It’s early. Only a could quick rides in freezing wind and light snow. But awesome so far!

We have ordered three Bikes and the service has bean great, the build quality of the bikes is impressive and they are powerful and a blast to ride.

I received my R750 HT, here in Idaho immediately after we had a 12" snowfall. The assembly was easy to accomplish. I called the "Help Line" and a service tech helped me with specifics re: breaking in the "brakes",
walked me through the digital display levels of control & adjustments, as well as, several other questions fully answered...he was very good and patient. I was on my way riding through snow the next day. So far this is an excellent bike. I am loving this very cool bike more each day and I feel like my $$ is well spent, especially with the technical support from M2S.

Bikes shipped as promised. We made an appointment and spoke to someone and ordered over the phone.
We would purchase from them again.

Just got my 720 integrated and it is a beast!! 5 degrees outside and i cant help but to go out riding. It is way better than i anticipated. I just hope it holds up. I had not one issue, right out of box awesome. Have a military green toyota tundra and bike is green / black matches my tastes to a tee. Fast as hell. Great Bike

What impressed me most about these bikes is that they came packaged and little assembly was required. Everything has worked perfect.
