Not very much torque in order to go up hills. The motor on it says 500w but I bought a 750. Maybe this is why it doesn’t have the correct amount of power like my other brand?

I did so much research looking at e-bikes in this price range ($1500 - $2500) and was overwhelmed by all the info and options out there. I kept coming back to M2S though because I just really liked the look and color options. Ordered the R750 Integrated on 8/28/2020 and it arrived about 4 weeks later (I ordered while it was out of stock, so the shipping time was relatively quick considering). During the waiting period, customer service was phenomenal in answering questions and responding promptly. I couldn't be happier with that portion of my experience. As far as the bike goes? Outstanding! I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I've put over 150 miles on it...this thing is easily one of my favorite purchases ever! I love it. I've been slowly adding accessories and gadgets and just having a blast customizing it and riding it pretty much everywhere. Couldn't possible be happier that I chose to go with M2S! Thanks for the awesome bike guys, keep up the good work! If you're on the fence about which bike to buy...go with these guys. 100% recommend them. 5 stars easy.

I am only rating my overall experience as a 3 star. The bike itself is amazing and really happy with it. I would rate the bike a 5. The time it took to get my bike, I would rate that as a 1. When ordered the expected delivery date was beginning of July. I did not receive my bike until September 25th.

Fast delivery and a good price.

The R750 integrated is really well made bike. I received the bike with no issues, packaging was well done. I bought the medium model, I’m 5’9” and the bike stands pretty tall, but then most ebikes are pretty large.

Only been on two rides and so far it’s been a blast, despite the size of the bike, it feels really nimble. Can’t wait to explore and take on some new adventures

Great price and items are as described and easy to swap in place of the original fat tires.

This is my second review after riding my bike 3 times over the past 3 weeks. Though i am enjoying the ride. I am learning more and more how the website can be misleading. When I purchased the HT750, according to the specs on the site, it implies the bikes all have 26 inch tires, i learned after receiving my bike that it does not apply to the step thru model. Thats ok but misleading on the site. Today i attempted to charge my phone from the electronic console and learn there is no jack as indicated in the videos. Will be reaching out to M2S bikes on Monday for the correct consoles.

I have had a wonderful experience with from delivery to riding this bike. The assembly was easy, the bike is built very solid for my 6'2' x 250lb frame. I like the step through design, this facilitates ease of access when my surfboard is mounted to the side. I like the tool free adjustable handlebars and seat so my wife can adjust them to her needs quickly. Auto diming display and auto headlight. Gears shift smoothly. The motor has plenty of torq. The battery lasts a long time. Attention to detail and the thought into functionality and design are excellent. I have only made a couple changes. I switched the seat to a more substantial comfortable seating area as I find myself sitting more upright than leaning forward. Not pushing the pedals as hard as my mounting bike so my posterior is not coming off the seat. Added some saddle bags for getting the groceries and laptop when I need it for work. Surfboard rack because if you go to the beach in SoCal you'll never find a parking place.
The guys / gals at MTS should give themselves a hardy pat on the back as their efforts are truly making the world a better place.

The bike shipped in good shape other than a defective chain but M2S had a fix within two days. All communication with the company has been superb.

Fast fix and good communication

I love this bike. I am amazed at how far I can ride on a charge. This allows me to cover more ground while getting the same exercise as a shorter ride. I have been riding on roads and MTB trails.

We got the r750 in large (6’1”) and medium (5’7”) and we really like taking them out on the trail. The size is great for both of us although my partner has to lover the seat on his medium bike almost down to nothing. The upgraded battery (16amp) was a great add on and let’s us go on tours for at least 40 miles (average of assist 3-5).

When we received the bikes they where packed in boxes which I thought was not the right choice. Some parts had been damaged (bend rack, chipped paint), we also had a faulty controller and no working lights but this was resolved by m2s sending us a new controller. Overall we think these bikes will stay with us for an extended time. We are on an island and they are perfect to get around. Wherever we go, people are turning heads and what to check out the horses. Style wise they deserve 5 stars, and the half integrated battery makes them look sleek.

The parts exchange with m2s customer service was a straight forward process and we appreciate their effort to make it right ASAP.
Yes it is annoying if something is not as expected but they try to fix it in no time, thank you guys.

The 750watt motor is a beast. This thing shoots you up the hill and into next town if you are not careful. The factory settings are great although we changed the throttle to constant assist so it would stop giving only small boosts, Instead it is running now as long as you touch the button (better for off-road and trail). We agreed that the 20mph is absolutely enough and there is actually no need to open the bikes up. If you do trail riding (which you should with these bikes anyway) than stay with that.

What we don’t like...
there is constant noise with the motor, brakes and pretty much everything else.
An upgrade for the brake rotors is a must in the near future and maybe even new brakes. They make really unhealthy sounds when braking due to the fact that they are not running completely parallel inside the caliper.
The tires are very receiving for punctures and flats. We and our friends have the bike now for 6 weeks and all of our tires have a puncture, so we are thinking to upgrade them as well.
There is nothing more frustrating than airing up 4 fat tires before every ride.

I’ve put about 20 miles on it so far. Seems very well built, service has been great when I called in with questions. Very happy with the purchase.

Got me into a bit more of an upright position, still can't sit as straight as I would like. Still doable. Great bike, just got back from about a ten mile ride and always get plenty of looks. No problem with the bike. Would do it again.
