I’ve had the bike for 3 days and it really impresses. I’ve used it for riding up service roads and down easier downhill trails through mud and snow without difficulty. I’ve gone up and down intermediate technical trails and already explored more than I could have anticipated. It is sturdy and rugged. It’s a bit heavy for more technical downhills. M2S was supportive for any minor problems with the bike with shipping blemishes and a minor break repair. They communicated quickly and sent refunds quickly. I highly recommend. On a side note my wheels and tires have black accents which I like more than the red.

Excellent bike, but also surprisingly great customer service. I've emailed several times with support questions and got responses same day (sometimes within an hour!). This was a big fear of mine when buying a bike from a company that is not very well known and I was pleasantly surprised.

I am totally satisfied with my purchase from M2S bikes. The overall customer rating is well deserved. The bike was 90% assembled and was very easy to complete. I still am getting used to the bike and different terrains that it will travel over. I have ridden on pavement, fields, woods and trails. I would purchase again and will get the wife an bike in the spring.

After doing a lot of research, I chose the All Terrain R750 HT Integrated. I needed an all weather 4 season commuter and this bike fit the bill AND it looks great too! I only have a 3 mile ride to work, but have some brutal hills to navigate. This bike gets me there without being bathed in sweat, no more clothing changes necessary when I get to work. I rode in a driving downpour, and it handled beautifully. The hydraulic disc brakes provide outstanding stopping power (necessary when you have those hills...and deer). The only downside is I have to charge it every other day, which isn't bad considering the terrain I navigate.
Excellent bike, easy assembly, no issues. I'll update my review once I have more time and some snow conditions.

The bike is fantastic. It shipped with a few problems: a missing screw to hold the controls in place and the cranks were the wrong spec so they scraped the bike frame. The folks at M2S were very responsive when I contacted them about the issues and replacement parts were provided free of charge.

My first ebike. Took 2 months to surf the web looking for best bargain and functionality.. Tried many places but out of stock. M2S were only company to actually answer the phone with a “real” person. I can say that riding this bike is the most liberating thing I have done. The bike is built like a truck and handles dynamic road conditions great. The seat was a little uncomfortable but nothing a seat cushion wouldn’t fix .

Love my new M2S Ultra All Terrain Bike. Pretty easy to put together. Instructions are not included for some reason but i was still able to get it going. Looking forward to many long rides on my new bike.

It has always been a great experience dealing with the employees at M2S... I would and have recommended you and your products to anyone... As a matter of fact I know of one friend (Steve Gullege) who bought a 750HT after my recommendation... Great job guys and awesome product...

The bike arrived perfect condition. the assembly was easy and took maybe 30 minutes and i was on the road. I am 62 years old and have been riding bikes frequently for 15 years. This bike is so much fun to ride i have been using my vehicle less so that i can ride the bike more.

A different color bike from what I ordered was shipped. The kickstand and headlight wiring connection were damaged. M2S immediately replaced them. Can't replace original wiring in frame, too tightly packed from factory, so new wiring/headlight can't be used! Otherwise, bike performs well. Customer service response was excellent, but I'm not completely satisfied with the overall product.

Although I had to wait a couple of weeks to get it, I got good feedback from the company. The bike came in excellent shape and I was riding it within an hour or two. Since then,I've been looking for more excuses to do errands on it. It is smooth, fast, and lots of fun. I commute to work daily, and my 6 mile commute takes me about four minutes longer than driving.19 minutes along the Colorado river. I can't get enough of it. I'm hoping to ride it through most of the winter, we will see how that goes. For the money, this is a great value bike.

This is 2nd bike bought from M2S. This bike arrived with 2 screws for handlebar undone and hiding from me under the box flaps, and one of the front wheel rod spring missing. It arrived past expected day and then mishap with the delivery truck caused another week set back. But the bike is good; bit taller than expected with 29"X3.0" wheels/tires.
