Awesome, 20 miles and battery still on full

We bought two of these 750's. Ones a step thru and one integrated. We live at the beach and now take these everywhere. Hands down the one of the best activities we ever bought. The range is incredible and the quality of these bikes is amazing for the money. I have been a hard core cyclist most of my life and know bikes pretty well and never had value like this in any bike I have ever owned. The only thing we are adding are Zoom suspension seat post for a whopping $30 bucks. All in all I cant say enough about these bikes. I also looked at Ebikes for a really long time and researched like crazy and these M2S bikes are the best value by far. My only complaint is the wait time to get them. Thank you M2S!!!

Very fun bike, great battery life and good support. I can ride 10miles to work in about the same time as it takes me to drive.

When my bike showed up, the box was damaged but the bike was fine. I spent about an hour putting it together. Since then, I've put almost 500 miles on my R750 HT in about 6 weeks. Most of the miles are on pavement or crushed gravel. Thoughts so far: This bike is awesome! It takes curbs and potholes easily and is very stable even at 30mph (downhill). The bike has plenty of power to climb steep hills. It gets a lot of looks and comments from people. A couple of things you should do if you buy one: 1. Adjust the brakes. Both front and back were rubbing when I got it. This is easy and only takes a couple of minutes, look on Youtube for a how-to video. 2. Lubricate the pedals. Both of mine started clicking after a couple hundred miles but are smooth and quiet after lubing. 3. Add some tubeless tire sealant in the innertubes, these big tires pick up a lot of thorns. I had a great experience with M2S Bikes. The issue I had was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. No problem what so ever. I will do business with them again.

I was reluctant to buy online, but the people at M2S were great. They answered my questions and gave recommendations. Ordering was simple and fast. The bike arrived almost completely assembled and all that was required was putting on the front wheel, handlebar, and pedals. Instructions are sparse so online instructions and video are required unless you have done this before. Takes 30 minutes tops. Allen wrenches are included. I have not gotten to use it very much since purchase, 2 weeks, but I love it.

Great bike for all round riding,well built

We have ridden roughly 20 miles so this is a very early review. The bikes were easy to put together. Have a very nice look. We did have an issue with a tube that would not hold air. i emailed the company and the tube was shipped the same day. The bike ride great and are really a lot of fun Can't wait to get back out and ride more. Thank you M2S!!!

It took a while to get here, but this was understandable given the current situation. The bike is amazing. It is really fun to ride and delivers everything that it promised. My only complaint is that there is little info in terms of a bike handbook - the info on the website relates to other models.

Great service for any problems

The Ultra 1000 HT is my first electric bike. I am amazed by the power and the battery life. I am 6-00 tall and weigh 160. I purchased a large frame size. I mostly use this bike for hunting. I ride on steep rugged mountain roads for miles. I also hook up a trailer and haul about 50 pounds of gear behind me. The bike shipped without a battery which was extremely disappointing. M2S was very responsive and they sent a battery out for me same day. If you are riding where there are any thorns on stickers, don’t expect to make it too far. Both of my tires went flat on my first off-road ride. I installed Mr. Tuffy tube protectors and haven’t had any more problems.

Overall I have been very happy with this bike. I only have about 50 miles on it but I don’t foresee any issues in the future.

First of all I waited 4 months for my Bikes, 2 HT Ultra's. The wait seemed impossible from one set back to another with in coming international shipping. I finally took ownership on Oct 6th, picked them up right at the trucking terminal. So very nervous that after all the wait there would be some kind of damage, the boxes were banded together with batteries in separate boxes that were beat to @#$%. At home started the unboxing and to my surprise, bike were perfect, no scratches, nothing bent and all hardware accounted for. The batteries on the other hand had issues, one was scratched and the other the USB port didn't work nor did the battery charge indicator work as well. Called M2s and they were Amazing to deal with, got me a new battery out immediately. Finally headed out on our maiden voyage a couple days later and what a blast!! So much fun and easy to use, everything works perfect, gearing, brakes, pedal assist is so Awesome! It was tough, But worth the wait!

I received my bike 10 days ago and have been on numerous rides. I have 68 miles on it now. Last evening I took a ride a local mountain trail. Some spots are quite rough and steep. I was using ECO pedal assist 5. As long as I leaned forward enough to keep the front wheel on the ground I was able to spin up the climbs with no problem. I felt pretty good for a 68 yr 11 months and 3 1/2 week old guy. Planning a big climbing day for tomorrow. I am enjoying this bike. It is heavy but the Ultra motor is strong and takes me where I want to go. Off to Moab next week.
If you are into jumping and that sort of thing not sure this is the bike for you. But if you want to ride and climb you would not go wrong with this bike.

The only issue was it was unclear when ordering how tall a medium bike is. The crossbar is very high for a short person. The bike however is very good and rides extremely well. Ordered a 2nd bike

I was so excited to get this thing.

The freight company delayed the shipment 2 times causing me to have to re arrange my schedule to be home 2 times. M2S told me to just take it up with the freight forwarder. I paid $260 to have the freight delivered from 30miles...didn’t know the bikes were in California.

The box finally arrived. I proceeded to open it up and put the bike together. I had it all together and realized there’s no battery. I had this awesome bike sitting in my garage for a week while I wait for the battery to show up. M2S just said “thanks for bring this to our attention we will send you a battery”. No where did it say they came separately. I asked how this happened and got a response with a tracking number only....no honest reason as to what happened. Customer service needs some work.

Also the graphics on the bike are different than what is shown on the website. Which is a bummer because that’s what drew me to this bike in the first place.It’s even different than what’s in the consumer photos on the website. Not a big deal but was a little let down on top of everything else.

As for the bike...everything I expected. Might need to swap out the seat...other than that it’s a beast!
