My Ultra HT is a Beast! Arrived packaged well. Delivery was on time with appointment made by shipping co. Bat charged issues. Cust service handled right away. Had replacement in 3 days. No regrets - this bike can handle anything I can throw at it. I'm 5'10", broad build - ordered Large - happy with sizing, would get same size if ordered again, but a small framed 5'9" person would be likely lean towards medium cause of stand over height.

Nice Rack! Needed M6 x 1 screws for lower mounting arms. Supplied were to small, spacers not needed due to fat tire frame.

Sans charger worked great for my application - Ultra HT!

This bike is amazing!! It is so much fun to ride! I was going 25mph on a flat mountainous trail with minimal cranking and having a blast!! Will be buying another one shortly!

Great product. The order delay was tough
Missed 1st hunt. Couldn't
Get rear tire guard or accessories. Must be doing well good luck.

Been getting me to work and back (round trip ~14 miles) for the past three weeks and rides great! 30-50 miles per charge at medium motor usage. I'm loving the bike so far!

Everything about the bike is great. I've been using it for hunting so far but next summer should be a blast. I wish M2S had a bow and gun mount for it.

Delivery diver drop carton from Trailer because white strapping tape broke, landed on wheels and don't think it hurt anything. Carton had been open and Battery was Scotch tape to top of carton. Is this normal? I think everything survived. Battery was at 75%. Assembly went good. Charge battery to 95% and wrote it down to 65%. Next day charge came up to 75% is this normal?

Great product I am 6 4 and have a large all terrain. The stem gave me a few more inches in the cockpit. Which was perfect for someone my size. This made the large bike perfect for me instead of the xl

My All Terrain Ultra HT arrived in great shape with no issues! With any new bike there will be some adjustments and as time goes on more adjustments. The bike is very well built and with the Bafang Ultra G510 mid drive 1000 watt motor the fun has just begun! Lots of interesting upgrades are and will be available for the future of this great Motor.
M2S has been very supportive with customer service informing me about the long delay of the shipment.

Nice bike, easy to assemble quality workmanship

After a horrendously long wait... ordered in April and received in October... I do like the bike. Quick and fun.

It arrived quickly. Good ting since there was no battery included with the bike.

Great customer service, I've bought two bikes from M2S and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Ebike. best value for money ebikes.

Love this bike. Fast, but totally controllable. Very intuitive. Well built. Awesome

My bike shipped with the wrong cranks and M2S sent a new pair out right away at no cost. They worked great and solved the problem.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bike. As good or better than the big 3 hunting bike manufacturers for half the price.

Great bike and staff has been very helpful with any questions I've had.

Love this bike! It let's me go riding with my husband which I haven't been able to do for a very long time; because of knee issues! So much fun!

I waited over 4 months to receive my Ultra HT with one delay after another. I can understand the delay with the bike being built in China. I didn't know when I bought it that it was a Chinese made bike.....was hoping Taiwanese or Vietnamese because like many Americans I am trying not to buy Chinese goods due to what is going on in the world and I'm not happy with China! Oh well, the bike is awesome and I have gotten over the fact it is Chinese built.
I will say the quality of the bike is amazing, along with the power it has. Between my friend who bought 2 M2S bikes and me and my girlfriend getting 2 M2S bikes they all work well and are a blast to ride.
One issue I had was my battery was shipped taped to the outside of the bike box in a separate box and it had fallen out and was beat up with 4 or 5 nicks in it. I was going to return it but I didn't want to deal with sending it back and waiting for a new one after waiting so long for my bike, so I just touched it up with some black paint.
The other items I addressed were the brakes and the seat. The seat while a high quality Selle Royal, was not comfortable at all for me. I purchased a different seat on Amazon that was larger and padded better and only paid about $50 for it. The other items I changed were some better pedals, a Kinekt suspension seat post and some ergonomic handlebar grips, along with a small mirror mounted on the end of the handlebars.
My girlfriend and I took our bikes for a 20 mile ride with huge elevation gains and descents ....(probably 3000 feet elevation gain) and I still had 48% battery when we got back........great bikes!!
