M2S was very responsive to my problem. They helped troubleshoot the issue and once we discovered the problem, they were quick to ship me a replacement cable. Very impressed with their customer service.

Appreciate your quick response! Didn't have the tool to do the work, but a local shop was able to take care of it.

All Terrain R750 HT
This bike has been awesome. Customer service is great and the product is everything you are looking for. I'm 5'10 205lbs and I elected to get the x-large one when a large probably would have been fine. I feel like I'm on a motorcycle sometimes because it's a beast. Handles in the snow well and made Covid more tolerable. I've recommended it to multiple people now, and being up here in Washington state, I was surprised someone had heard of them. The reputation proceeds itself. - Alan

Beast of a bike. Bit in the bulky size but that is Fat Tire riding. So far love the ride. Easy to put together. Super strong motor and battery.

Replacement Motor
I thought they did a good job of getting the warranty replacement motor to me quickly. They do require pictures of the old motor serial number and a video showing that it is failing.

Incredible bike. It came well protected and easy to complete the assembly. One scree was missing from the handlebar neck assembly. Tore shipping box apart to find it.
The Bike, once assembled , Was the envy of my very competitive relatives and friends.
Wish M2S Offered compatible trunks and panniers. Hard to find any compatible with quick release.
One more thing. I wanted to raise handlebars but was restricted by static length Of current cable. Hope to replace hydrolic cable with longer one.
Thanks

The bike arrived with no damage from shipping. Packaged very well. I find myself at 66 riding much further than I have been previously. It is enjoyable to ride giving you as much or little assistance as you prefer. Looking forward to many miles on my new M2S bike. Quality is very good. Well built.

All Go Sport - Carbon Fiber Electric Bike
I have had the bike for over a year. It has met all my initial expectations. The lighter weight, frame size and thoughtful gear ratios were the primary reasons for purchasing it. The thirty minute conversation I had with the sales representative answered all my questions prior to ordering the bike. The electric assist has extended my range by helping with hills. With careful use only on hills I have completed fifty mile rides on one charge. I am six foot tall and 190 pounds and the bike fits very well after raising the handlebars and adding pedal extenders. I ride on both roads and rail trails and recently added a suspension fork for a little more comfort. The bike was a great 70th birthday present to myself and I can enthusiastically recommend it.
