It’s working very well to dampen the jolting. I have used the thudbustr on bad washboard on a gravel road a number of times. The improvement (verses no shock) is very good. For that it gets 5 stars. Its a tad heavy though, which is why I give it 4 stars overall. It’s worth considering if you want a smoother ride.

I got the All Terrain Ultra HT.
Very nice bike. No issues with it once delivered - took about 1/2 hr. to put together. I did get a couple nice surprises from what I saw on the website when I ordered - they added attachments (bosses) to the frame so I could add fenders and a back rack. And then the wheel accents are black instead of red.

I have about 100 hrs. on it so far, so I can give an honest assessment. Riding on the streets in the neighborhood - it rides very nice. The fat tires with lower air pressure and front shocks make it a pleasure.
Even though parts of the neighborhood are hilly, I could easily go more than 70 miles on the battery. Mostly using peddle assist 1. Sometimes I turn the power off and it still rides very nice - I thought it would feel like I was dragging an anchor around because of its weight and fat tires, but it does not. On old logging roads by my property in the foothills, it only went about 15 miles before the battery was about out of power. Take into account that this is very rough country.
Some of the climbs were so steep I had to use the throttle a lot. Climbed around 2000' on that ride. Some areas had thick mud a foot deep. The power of this thing is amazing. I also got tired for the last 5 miles and used the throttle exclusively. Sure makes it enjoyable, but still get as much exercise as I want. Also rides great on the snow.

Just an FYI - I bought a Rambo extra large back rack and I got full fenders from Rad Bikes. For the attachment of the back fender on the frame by the motor I used a drywall anchor in the frame hole because the motor blocks the bolt you would normally be able to put all the way through.

Overall, I am very pleased with the toughness and quality of the bike - they took no shortcuts and use very high quality parts.
Very pleasant to deal with.
Thanks for such a great bike.

thanks for the quick help

The cadence recorder gets covered with dirt and debris and stops the pedal assist function. Very frustrating.
Otherwise I do like the bike.

The controller on M750 failed and was replaced by M2S at no charge. I installed it and bike is back to running fine again.

Could not be happier with my new electric bike, the quality of the bike and the support from Customer Service are excellent.

Love my bike, love the new display. This is a great upgrade to my All Terrain R750 HT. It was a snap to install and service was first rate as always. Recommended.

Excellent customer service and they were very quick to respond to my request .

Great customer support. Love the bike

Real easy to get parts . Very happy

They were dealing with covid stuff which cause delays but always got back to me with uodates as soon as I emailed them. Very nice bike

Set-up was extremely easy and the on-line tutorials were very helpful. I am already riding more and looking forward to more rides ahead.

The bike came in perfect and quick it is everything they said it was and looking forward to get it in the woods to really see its performance side. So far a great bike

This bike is so amazing. It has brought the love of biking back into my life that I have not really had for about 20 years. You can explore places you really didn’t think you were going to be able to explore anymore. It is pure joy.

Everything worked great. Would do again.

Part arrived and is now fitted to the bike.

Fantastic and quick services, as always!

Outstanding customer. Took a small spill which required a few parts and M2S had my parts to me quickly. Great support.

Pads are great much better than OEM pads. Just a bit pricey.

Great tubes at a great price!!!
