The representative (I think his name was Jake, but don't quote me on that) was extremely courteous and helpful. I got my replacement parts very quickly! Totally satisfied!

M2S has provided my with really good support and advice. This part came quickly and solved my issue.

I love it. I am not a Connoisseur of bikes, but this has everything I needed. Built tough, looks great and performs great on and off the road. Great battery life and so easy to assemble. Have nothing bad to say at all.

Great service.Deliverd when thay said it would and it was packaged great. Had a small problem and thay fix it fast and professionally. I really like the bike it's built like a tank it is heavy but remember battery and motor is all the weight. My next will be a camuter I don't really need the fat tires. My oops. Thay are a great company.

My experience with the bike has not been without it's frustrations. Lets get the frustrations out of the way. Ordered the bike, (web site didn't indicate my selection was pre-order status) and then was waiting over 10 weeks for a delivery date. When I finally checked with customer service was finally contacted, they informed me that the bike in the color I ordered (white / blue) was not in the shipment from China. I authorized the color switch to (black / blue) and 3 weeks later received a (black / silver) bike. The rear disk brakes needed adjustment to eliminate a humming noise, and the front headlight has never functioned.
Other than those frustrations the bike has been a joy to ride. I selected the commuter because the 4" fat tires were not in stock (pre-order). It was a fortunate situation because the 3 inch afford more than enough stability on the gravel and paved trails I use. I think the 4" would be overkill and just reduce range. The motor is very quiet and smooth. I haven't yet adjusted out of it's class 2 settings because I am having so much fun with it as it is now, and I really got the bike for exercise so it's just pedal assist for the near future.

I really like the quality of the bike, it came 90% assembled and was very easy to do final assembly. This bike is very well made, good quality welding, paint and finish. I would only recommend that you include a paper manual showing all assembly and feature.

The quality and performance surpasses my expectations . I use as a woods bike and it is very quiet and dependable. I should have done this years ago.

I love this bike!!!! Just disappointed that the tire liner IS NOT RED like advertising!!!! I'm not happy about taking the bike apart to install Red liners (Red Dots) as advertised since my bike is Black and Red!!!! Other than that bike is GREAT!!!!

All good except the fender are way to short for off road bike. I made extensions for mine. Didn’t like getting mud and dirt on the back of my neck while riding. And the skinny seat had to go also. They should come with full size fenders.

The bike seam to be very powerful and it goes everywhere I take it. However, it took months longer to get the bike than I was told. Another issue is that the controller on the bike does not match the instructions for the one on their website. It is a different controller that I had to go to you tube to figure out how to program.

As for the Bafang Ultra motor, it is in fact stamped as a 1000 watt motor and not a 750 watt motor like I called and confirmed with the sales rep. You can program the bike so that the screen shows 750 watt max but the sticker on the motor is still 1000 watts making it illegal to ride in some areas.
