Had motor and controller go bad. The parts were sent out to me no problem. Online videos made it easy to fix. This companys customer service is a 10 out of 10. I am very happy with the product and the service l. Would recommend you guys to anyone who is planning on getting a bike.

Just got my bike today. Easiest assembly. This is my first ebike and I am more then pleased with my selection. Customer Service is also great.

I am pleased with the bike. It is exactly as advertised, with good quality components, fit and finish. The customer support was as important as the bike. Ordering sight unseen and unable to test ride is always a risk. I followed the recommendation of Ryan Brazell in choosing a Medium frame and, to my delight, the fit is perfect. He talked me out of a Large which I would have ordered and probably would not have worked for me. I have had the bike on pavement and dirt and it tools right along on either, with more power than almost anyone would need. After a few hundred miles on it, I’ll know better but I expect the bike to work out well for me.

Bike rides well and is very forgiving with all the bumps you might encounter

Excellent customer service! M2S has resolved issues with my M600 quickly and I will be buying another bike from them.

This is the first e-bike I've owned. Easy to assemble and very well made. I'm 58 and need both knees replaced but cannot afford it now so the e-bike helps me get some exercise using the pedal assist without putting too much pressure on my knees. I probably would not of bought an e-bike if I had not stumbled upon M2S bikes online because other e-bike companys(Quetkat) were just too expensive! But with M2S e-bike I got a top quality bike for 1/2 the price of the other big names. Customer service has been excellent and I highly recommend anyone shopping for an e-bike to give M2S a close look. Lastly on a slightly downhill road I got over 30mph and on a flat road 28mph using the throttle only. I did have to change the default 20mph. settings but their customer service showed me how. Thanks M2S e-bikes...

I had the M2S all terrain sport r750 for about a month now and love the bike. I mostly use the bike for mountain biking for about two times a week. I have done small jumps and rode through a steam many times. Also, I have done some steep hill climbing with the bike. Here’s my review:

Pros:
* The bafang 750w rear hub motor has more than enough power for mountain biking.
* Great for hill climbing but should not stop in the middle of a steep hill because the motor will not be able to provide power in the middle of a steep hill.
* The motor is nicely sealed and you can ride through a stream of water.
* The price for the bike is worth the money.
* Battery is great and charges faster than I anticipated.
* The color display is very nice and bright enough during the day.
* The throttle is very useful especially when you start to move.
* You can do some small jumps without any problem.
* The customer support is good and helpful.

Cons:
* Shipping cost was about $200, which puts the bike at about $2000. Should be free shipping
* Headlight wire was not connected and took hours to get the wire reconnected.
* Breaks needed to be adjusted and the piston needed to be cleaned.
* The front disk break rotor was not straight and needed to be replaced.
* If a person is not familiar with bike could have problem getting the bike ready for a ride.
* The high front end makes sharp turns difficult. Had to replace the steam for a shorter one.
* Also had to lower the handlebar by taking the spacers out.
* The pedals are not good and don’t have studs to provide a good grip for your foot.
* Tires are okay for the road but not enough of grip for the mountain biking.
* The major concern is the wires being exposed at the bottom of the crank. If you bottom out while mountain biking could damage the wires.
* Still not satisfied with the break calipers.
* Seems like the bike is not inspected before sending it to the customers.

Two major reasons why I would not buy another one unless:
* The wires are placed above the crank inside the body and not below the crank.
* The front end of the bike is too high than your normal bikes. Bringing the front end lower could make a big difference.

I live in a semi hilly area, no problems for my bike.
