Love it on the trails in NC or PA! M2S purchase has been a great experience from purchase to product support. Works great will chasing whitetails and elk viewing. I'm 5' 11" riding the medium frame bike, thinking that I'm glad I didn't get a large frame.

Great bike to have great fun with. My short wife loves it! I have had my M2S R750 for a few months before we got my wife's Scout. It's great for us to share our rides together. I have a blast riding this bike as well!
THANKS M2S!!!

I just turned 78 years old, a cancer survivor and live in the NC foothills. I had to give up my standard bike because I couldn’t climb the hills anymore. Now I’m riding 15-20 miles per day on backroads and trails getting exercise and seeing the area.

So far everything has gone smooth, from ordering, shipping, assembly, first few rides.
Great bike. Super fun.
The only comment of improvement would be on the bike its self. It would be great to have a skid plate under the crank. The wires/cables are exposed where they could easily be damaged in normal riding forest trails. I had to make my own.

Adjustable Utility Rack
I really like the rack, but the options available for the luggage made to mount this rack is limited and mostly too big for what I need (tubes tools and snacks). M2S needs to pressure these guys into making some more options.

New bike purchase battery upgrade
Good product but because components come from overseas it take forever to get replacement parts.

Videos available for setup are sorely lacking in detail as to how to mount the front handlebar stem to front wheel assembly. Also, it would be nice to have the tires lined or prefilled with slime or a mention that this is an important pre ride item to prevent sticker punctures that are common with off road bicycyles. I had flats on both tires after my first ride through a dirt trail. They were so severe that my bike is now at the shop having a new front tube installed.

Excellent quality and fun to ride. Needed to remove the extension from the front light so it wouldn’t contact the basket, but no big deal. Works perfectly otherwise and fits our whole family.

The M2S customer service is a pleasure to deal with. Answered all questions. Also, I needed the bike delivery
expedited and they were very responsive. The bike was for my wife and she was unsure of the smaller size. It is a perfect size and no overwhelming. Great design and execution.

love the bike. I did have a screw issue and the seat is not colon friendly. I ordered a new one and love it! I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get active and loves to ride off grid. Should work great for next hunting season. dale
