The bike is wonderful. The service was disappointing. ~3 mo. Delivery vs <1 expectation. No follow up with updates. Shipping notice 3 days before delivery.

Bike is exceptional product however there is no way customers should be asked to perform cable hook ups located up inside the bike frame. In the process, actually ended up disconnecting power to motor and had to reconnect inside the frame.

Parts: APT 850c Display
Works like a charm on my Voltbike Yukon 750. Bright clear display with more granular details about battery, Nice having a USB port next to my phone mount.

I’d give it a 5. But it arrived 2 months late and there was no communication whatsoever from the company. You want to be a top-notch company, then you should fix this. Otherwise, the bike is great. Easily a “5”.

New bike purchase battery upgrade
I ride my M2S Bike almost daily so having additional batteries is a must for me so this way I'm always ready to go. I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for M2S as you already have awesome ebikes.

M2s Bikes sales and service is remarkable. I am greatly impressed with your company and products and would recommend to anyone looking for a ebike to get a M2S bike for sure.

I love this hike. I am back to riding a bike again. Yes, you can use the battery power to get you around, but I try and use minimal power for the exercise. If I get tired, I know I have some help. I am 69 years old and feel very comfortable riding this beast. I did find the seat a bit uncomfortable and replaced it with the seat on my old bike. I could ride for hours. I would highly recommend.

I recently bought an e bike. Prior to that had been left standing at curb when husband or son went riding. Due to asthma and SOB with exertion. I am now able to not only go, but to keep up as well
I am 64 and didn't think I'd ever be able to ride again. My bike is very study, and well made, love the quick adjustments for seat and handle bars. Have been on 2 18 mile rides so far and still have 2 bars left on battery. Can use as much or little assistance as I need. Only issue I had to address was wider seats and water bottle fell through bottom of front basket. Both easy fixes. Love my bike

My 2nd R750 since 2018, Well built bike with quality parts and a great design. 3200 miles on my first bike led me to get the Medium R750 base for my girlfriend. She loves it. Keep up the great work M2S.
