I ordered two ultraHt’s and both are everything I expected. They have plenty of power and are well built and a blast to ride anywhere. I wouldn’t buy the accessories for the bikes until after receiving them.

Bike has plenty of horsepower and is very fun. Negatives are low quality light on front and especially battery powered rear light was disappointing. Should have wired led lights for both. Brakes could be beefier for single track use. Good value so far

Live our new fat tire electric. It fits everyone in the household- 5’5” to 6’2”. Lots of get up & go & a cinch to assemble.

Bought the Scout for my daughter. She is delighted and we just had such a fun first ride. Fits her perfectly. Only problem is it’s faster than my Rad bike:)

Took my new E Fat on its maiden voyage today. Did about 14 miles of single track of mixed dirt / snow.

Amazing bike. Can’t wait to customize it and build it up to my personal likings.

I am really enjoying the bike so far. Was very impressed with M2S when I had my first customer service question. I have contacted them 3 different times since I decided on the R750 and each time was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. Everyone seemed very willing to assist their customers and were very friendly. Also gotta say I have friends with “higher end” ebikes and when I tell them what I paid they too are impressed.

I did a ton of research before committing to purchase this eBike. While the tires are a little bigger & wider than I wanted (29x3), the ability to upsize the battery, coupled with the other bike attributes, made this purchase a no brainer over the competition.

The bike took three days to reach California and assembly was quick. I live in the foothills and there is a lot of uphill riding. During my initial five-mile shake-down ride I quickly discovered the bike had what I believed was throttle trouble - it didn’t have enough juice to make it up my driveway! I called M2S and due to spotty cell coverage the call was dropped before I was connected to anyone. Within 60 seconds, M2S called me back saying they saw a missed call from me! Who does that!?!? I was walked through how to change the settings over the phone and haven’t had an issue since. Amazing customer service!

I took a 20 mile ride a couple days ago and used lots of PAS and throttle. When I got home, my battery level had just dropped to 80%. I’m very happy with this purchase! Great job M2S staff on the product quality, shipping speed and technical support!

Oh where to start. I got the All Terrain Ultra FS. I've only got 135 miles on this thing, roughly half of it in pedal-only mode, but I am enjoying it so much I want to leave a review already. It took six months to get this, but it was worth the wait. M2S staff was communicative about the delays and issued a refund for the accessories that were just never going to be in stock.

This thing is a BEAST. The ride is smooth, I can get up to about 32 mph on level ground in motorcycle mode, maybe 18 mph uphill. The 19.2 Ah battery seems to have about 20 miles of charge in motorcycle mode, more in pedal-assist. I live in the city, my habit is to use pedal-only for exercise and motorcycle only for commuting, and pedal-assist for errands and pleasure rides. You can go off a curb and barely feel it. I love the gearing, rear gears only (I never cared for dealing two sets of gears). Fat tires make it a bit of a bear to handle on tight curves, but they grip well. Handlebars are great, brakes are great, nothing needed any tuning or adjustment out of the box. The motor has a really good pedal-assist sensitivity. You can set the power to between 3-9 levels, and it is very responsive, it kicks in as you're just taking off from a stop, and there's very little delay between starting to pedal and when the motor kicks in. In pedal-assist you get a little exercise but don't have to stand on the pedals to go uphill, and in the bike lane you can bypass all that rush hour traffic (try not to gloat). I can't really think of anything I don't love on the main components and power train.

Make sure to replace the seat with something more comfortable, like I did, because you are going to want to spend as much time as possible on this bike. The headlight is bottom drawer. It keeps getting out of alignment and seems like something you could get at the dollar store, but whatever, it works, it is better than nothing. My only real complaint: in motorcycle mode, there's one speed: INSANELY FAST. I kind of wish I could tone that down. That's a Bafang thing, nothing M2S can do about it. As complaints go, it's a good one to be stuck with.

My history: 13 years ago I suffered an bad bicycle accident on the ice, had to have a femur replaced with stainless steel. I didn't ride after that; I had a mental block against it. I was about to get back in the saddle a few years afterwards, and then a childhood friend was hit by an intoxicated driver on his bike on his way to work and killed. That was that. I didn't think I'd ever get back to my beloved pastime. But I'm in my late 40's now. My kids have learned to ride bikes, and I wanted to ride with them, I just felt the draw of the joy of movement, of being back in shape, so I researched the heck out of it and M2S came to the top of the list.

I ordered this thing, and COVID-19 happened, so it showed up four months late, but I still couldn't be happier. I put about 10 miles a day on it, and I'm surprised, but I actually turn the motor off completely for about half of that (I didn't think I'd turn it off, ever), and if anyone says that e-bikes are cheating, just have them try and push this 80 lbs. thing along without a motor, it's exercise. But if you are commuting to work, press that throttle and enjoy the ride. I've timed it, and going by car on the freeway only saves about 2 minutes versus this bike on city streets. It's a no brainer, unless there's ice on the road or I have to give someone a ride, the bike is more efficient, and it's way more fun. And in the hot months it's actually a lot cooler than being in a hot car, even with A/C.

Much like our other 750 HT, the bike came arrived perfectly packaged with no damage. Put it together in a few minutes, and installed the battery for testing. Everything works as it should. Since it's a Christmas present, my wife gets to stare at it for a couple days.

The only thing that I can think of that's typical to the one I bought previously, is the front brake needing adjustment. I had to take mine in after only 18-miles and have it adjusted. Not the end of the world. Looking forward to getting another M2S in a couple years when I upgrade.

Got this one( step-thru) for the wife. She loves it!

This was my original battery for my bike. When the bike arrived there was no battery in the bike shipment. M2s got the battery to me within a few days.

Awesome awesome awesome! I never knew riding a bike could be THIS enjoyable! I ordered the R750 HT for myself and the Scout for my wife. I was SERIOUSLY pleased when I opened the boxes! Assembly was fairly easy (I think the instructions for the handlebar adjustments for the Scout could use some improvement, but I figured it out). Once assembled both bikes are beautiful! Ive already received numerous compliments. The rides are smooth and pedal assist is terrific! I would HIGHLY recommend either of the two M2S models. For the money, you cant beat the components that come standard! Order and enjoy, you wont regret it!!
