My husband loves his new bike, the only option I think you should have is the courier service you use for delivery. Worse experience ever with Old Dominion Freight line, the Bike was here in plenty of time before Christmas. They called to let me know it arrived, I was going to go pick it up and they told me they wouldn't be able to unload it until the following week. The company is horrible, why even call a tell someone their bike arrived if you can't satisfy the customer. Try and give the customer the option to pick a different courier service, one who is reliable. Otherwise, My husband is on cloud nine.

Excellent, near seamless-riding e-bike!
A few notes: It’s a LOT bigger than I expected. A LOT. I ordered a “medium,” but this thing is a beast! It feels more like riding an old motorcycle from the 1920s or something. It’s super powered, especially when you unlock the Class 3 options through the menu, which is tempting to do. Assembly was doable, but the hydraulic disc brakes were very hard to align for a non-professional. They -will- rub slightly, but that’s apparently normal for new brakes. The only minor thing I’m not satisfied with is the rear mudguard, which attaches only to the seat post; so when you go over any kind of bumps it bounces and clacks repeatedly against the back rack. Annoying, and also damaging it over time. Besides that I’m loving my new bike. Just beware this is not an agile mountain bike so much as a giant motorcycle-like BEAST that happens to be able to ride in the bike lane / on trails. Have fun!

Got new bike at a great discount instead of a new frame. Everything went great! More than happy. Still need to send in old battery for refurbish but that will not be till Spring as I am in Florida and battery is in New York. More than happy with the new bike!!!

I Love this bike! It was delivered within two weeks, was ready to ride out of the box, the set up was fast and easy. I've owned it a few weeks now and have been riding weather permitting every day averaging 13-15 miles per day, so far not one problem. Having the freedom to get out and enjoy nature again after being locked up over covid BS has given life again! I will be purchasing another bike for my girlfriend in short order.

What a fun bike to ride, and as an old guy ... the pedal assist is a game changer. As of now we've only ridden (both my wife and I have the same bikes) on the streets, with only a slight hint of a single track, and it's been a good workout and easy ride. With the 4" tires, it's not easy moving around rocks and drop offs, but with a lot of arthritis, it's not easy doing a lot of things. We'll be traveling in an RV soon, and plan on riding forest service roads, rails to trails, and things like that, so in speculation of what it will be like riding these bikes in the future ... it's looking real bright!! Watch battery life however, it's a little deceiving as to the number of miles you get, even when you pedal a lot.

WD Demo: 2018 All Terrain R500 HT
This bike is very solid. The fat tires work good on all surfaces, better than I expected on pavement. Grass, dirt, sand, gravel, concrete no problem. The bike is fast and will go 28 mph. Even though I have the smaller 10 ah battery I have gone 30 miles on a single charge wire pedal assist. No problems at all so far. I have not had a chance to try steep hills yet since I’m in FL. It may not climb well from what I read but it does everything else. I added a Topeak Rack for fat bikes and it works well.
