I am obsessed with this bike, best purchase I've ever made. It is so smooth and rugged at the same time. I strongly recommend this brand and model.

I finally got out on it as the day after it got here we had a blizzard. After 2 rides I find it to be a great bike. It has a nice smooth ride on the trails which right now have a base of snow. If I get tired or to a hill I can just touch the throttle for some help. It shifts smoothly from gear to gear. I got this bike as I want to try some different exercise besides walking. I’m looking forward to warmer weather for longer rides as right now my toes get a bit cold.

We purchased two bike last November and have put over 2,000 miles on them doing mostly trails and dirt canal roads down in South Florida and in North Georgia.
With that much mileage we are replacing parts (recently tires and tubes) and the support we receive from the entire staff during this time has been exemplary. I have not had another vender over the past 10 years that has responded so readily.
The bikes are built with excellent quality and really fun to ride-with or without the pedal assist. We do not use the pedal assist much in South Florida, but it sure came in hand doing some of the mountain trails in North Georgia!
We purchased these primarily to take with us on a rack behind our motor home instead of towing a car. Having to go 5 or 10 miles to the closest supermarket while in a National Forest or other remote campgrounds is an easy trek with these and having the saddle bags makes it easy to transport the food back to the RV.

Everyone at M2S was very helpful. Great customer service

My third M2s bike And best wet!!

I've researched e-bikes for months, narrowed my search to 3 companies, finally chose M2S. I'm extremely happy with my choice, really enjoying the All Terrain Sport model. Little nervous ordering an e-bike on-line, have always worked with brick and mortar locations. Every time I called M2S with a question there was someone available that was courteous, patient and willing to help. The bike arrived in a week and fairly simple to put together. Videos on their website are helpful. I've used the bike about a dozen times both off-road and on. Bike handles great, the 3" tires are perfect for my needs. I'm giving a positive review for the bike and organization. Safe riding! Rich

It arrived yesterday and appears to be undamaged

Bikes are great. But there was no long hex tool included to tighten front wheel/handle bar assembly.

Great experience all the way around… Thanks!

Very easy ordering process and the bike arrived in 3 days (maybe because I am in NC). Regardless, it was very easy to schedule a delivery time with the carrier and the box arrived in mint condition.. no dings or any damage.

The bike was very well packaged - no damage inside what-so-ever.

I would ding the rating by .5 stars if I could for the lack of any instruction manuals. The online "Owner's Guide" is generic.. Does not reflect the bike you bought. First set of instructions is to mount the front wheel... the front wheel was already mounted on the bike I received. Handle bar assembly instructions did not match with the Scout. Took about an hour to figure it out.

If M2S is going to stick to a Direct to Consumer model (which I respect), they need to up their game on online support / manuals.

Once the bike was put together, it is solid! Great workmanship and quality. The bike also looks great and I have several compliments on it in my few short rides.

The ride itself feels very solid as well. The motor / throttle settings and managing the gears will take a little getting used to. The 750W motor is more than capable. Went up several hills in the neighborhood and was pleased with the output.

Only ridden the bike around 20 miles so far as its been cold outside. Used mainly Pedal Assist (2-3-4) and I still have all 5 bars on the battery.

Overall, very pleased with the bike. Will be looking to order my wife a Scout as well once the weather gets warmer.

Kickstand fell off due to off-road vibrations after 3 months of riding. Was sent the replacement bolts and they fit perfectly

Almost a FIVE (5) STAR !!! - BUT....
I have been riding for 45 years and stopped counting at 100K miles. I have owned many bikes.
The QUALITY for the PRICE is OUTSTANDING ! The BIKE performs well and I LOVE it !
However, I expected it could be ridden on STEEP - SINGLE TRACK trails but the torque / power assist is NOT there and requires a GOOD DEAL of added LEG POWER to climb such hills. I find it would be easier on my conventional MTN BIKE. That was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise I would have given it 5 STARS.
I learned after buying that the HUB MOTOR (single gear) is not for real MTN BIKE use.
I believe M2S should make this clear in their advertisements and the reason to go with a Mid-Drive design.

Terrrific bike for the price. Our second one in four years and this time we are using it with aftermarket Thule baby carrier. The 2020 edition is even simproved from our 2017 edition for the same price (better electronic display added bike rack and fender etc). Unfortunately the derailleur/cage got a little bennt the first time we rode it (since presets weren’t quite right” said our bike shop). M2S was great about it on their customer service side and sent us replacement cage. The shimano derailleur is backordered because of Covid at bike shops everywhere so we are waiting on that to get back bike in tip top shape again.OUR ADVICE: once bike is once assembled, have your local bike shop check it out before riding the first time. Cost us $35 and if we’d done it before first ride, would have avoided bent derailerur. That battery is powefu, very interchangeable (indeed the same one DoorDash is now using on their ebikes all over LA) and the bike is fun to ride even if friends on $6500 carbon fiber Speciliazed Bikes have lighter weight better balanced bikes. At lease we have an extra one to loan to friends and get M2S to answer our calls almost immediately.

Could not be happier with my decision to buy. Great service and very high quality bike for the price.

This Bike is everything we expected. Truly a great product. Well built and lots of fun. The Bike was ordered on a Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday. The Carrier, Old Dominion, kept us informed on the progress from NC to NM. Pulled the 18 Wheeler in front of the house and dropped off the Bike. Great Service.

When I first received the bike it had a defect in the electrical system. M2S worked with me to try to fix it, then sent replacement parts and authorized a local bike shop to do the repairs, and then decided to send a complete replacement bike, which works perfectly. It started out with problems but they addressed them and made it right.

Fantastic so much fun. We're super happy with them both.

Have not learned how to make it a class 2 otherwise quality is very good and costumer service is great.

Really like it! Bought it for my husband and he loves it also. Great working with them too. Got it in time for Christmas.

If you order a bike don’t do it on there web site, but call them direct. I ordered off there site and they sent me a bike with wrong size tires on it and when I called to rep he said that is the way it ships sometimes as they get them in, but he did respond by stating he can mail out right size tires and I would have to repair it myself ( working on a new bike that I just got and paid 1800 for ) he told me that’s the way it is or send it back and I would have to pay 195.00 sooo long story short I’m out of 195.00 and didn’t even put it together and did ride over a problem that was even my fault , please make sure you speak to a rep on phone and have him look in box before shipping, good luck, hope u have better luck than I did
