Got my HT 19” frame . No instructions but very easy to install. Test it on my 25 degree slope and got up very easy . Very powerful bike and works very well . I am happy that it can take me up my hill without any issues

I've purchased the step through model which, with 29" inseam is perfect for me. only ridden about 35 miles on it so far but is working well.
One issue that I have is that, having been told that the seat stem was 30.9, I had ordered a replacement with suspension at that size, only to find that the seat stem was 31.5. I had to get an adaptor to allow it to fit the bike.
Another issue is that the inner diameter of the handle bars is smaller than other M2S bikes that my friends own so, when I ordered the same handle mounted mirror, it wouldn't fit & had to return that as well to get one that fit in the smaller diameter.. I don't expect any further issues & look forward to enjoying this bike with friends for a long time.

Took a little longer to get as it was back ordered but M2S kept me up to date. Good service Dept.

I ordered my R750 HT on11/13/2020 and it was delivered on 11/23/2020. Since that time, I've logged just over 400 miles on it and feel I now have enough experience to give a qualified review.
For those of you on the fence as too whether an e-bike is for you or if you are trying to decide if this brand is for you, I'll try and cover as much as I can to help.
For me, this is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made on buying something for practicality and pleasure. I was on the fence for several months before picking M2S and the two deciding factors were the excellent reviews and the fact I could upgrade the battery for an extended range.
From here on, understand that I am in Southwest Florida where the weather is mostly agreeable and the terrain mostly flat. Perfect for an e-bike. The range I get can only be estimated since I haven't run the bike far enough to tell, but my longest run was 35 miles and used only 50% of the battery. I wold guess based on my experience that 60 miles is easily possible under most conditions and 80 miles under the best conditions. That while using pedal assist.
I bought this bike thinking I would use mostly motor only and I was sure wrong about that. I have a severe case of emphysema and even I can pedal this thing all day long on pedal assist while getting excise without huffing and puffing.
When I set my bike up, I wanted it street legal so I called M2S for instructions on how to set the maximum speed bat 20mph. They were great and walked me through it over the phone. With this setting, I normally use level 3 and 4 to cruise along at between 12 and 15 miles an hour, and faster if I want to pedal faster for a good workout.
For speed with little stress, I use the higher settings and anything above level 6 is mostly motor driven.
Some important facts about this bike follow so keep reading.
This is a huge bike and if you are less than 5'8'' tall, or you want to have a rear mounted basket, choose the step through model. The battery upgrade is well worth the money if for nothing else, peace of mind that the bike will get you home. For myself, there are rides in excess of 40 miles coming up, simply because I love just putting around on this thing enjoying the scenery. If you have similar plans, the upgrade is a must in my opinion.
The fat tires on this model will go anywhere, including on the beach.
The quality of the bike is fantastic and very attractive. One thing you shoud know is that the seat it comes with has only one purpose in life ... as a paperweight. Lol, it is hard as a rock. You'll also need to purchase a rear view mirror which is also a must in my opinion. The only real negative I can quote is that there is not much offered by M2S in the way of accessories.
The kickstand is very high quality and could support a small tank. Trust me, that's more important than you might realize at the moment.
In closing I'll add that once you have an e-bike and get out on the road or trail, you'll mneet others who also have e-bikes of various makes and models. The number one complaint I hear is range so give that battery upgrade some serious thought. Other than that, most folks are satisfied.
To end, I seriously doubt there is another e-bike that offers as much as M2S for the price. Take the plunge and enjoy.

I got the 750 HT Step through and the Scout for my wife (yes we match lol), I have to say they’ve both been flawless. Assembly was easy! The only things I had to adjust were the seas and handlebars of course but the derailers were perfect and work great, the hydraulic brakes work great, the headlight is bright.
They didn’t use any bottom shelf parts on these bikes, it’s all quality parts no junk..

i love the bike overall but the headlight doesnt work and when i called they told me how to fix it but are so tightly pushed in that you cantfix it . the person who put the bike to gether lost the connection in the tube and decided to leave it for someone else to try to fix it. im sorry but i know what im talking about i ran wirering in auto tractors computer run machines some of the harnesses were as big as my leg . nether the less i could nt do it thanks paul

Advice on models snd size by phone was spot on. Impressed with delivery service: boxes delivered intact and no damage to either of the two bikes I ordered. Packaging was well designed and protected the frame and other parts from damage. Some assembly was required as expected and the video and associated transcription were very good. Batteries and charger have changed from installation video, but no brainer figuring it out. Only thing that was beyond the instructions was figuring out how to attach front mud flaps on both bikes. The step trough version of this bike was easy. The HT version required adding washers to provide the correct angle for the mud flap to keep it uniformly above the tire surface. I had the right sized washers left over from another project, so this was not a problem. Living in south Florida we have not had a chance to use them on elevated terrain, but looking forward to upcoming trips to enjoy the difference that battery power and large tires make for loose/wet soil and inclines.

Just received the bike. I have had it out several times and so far very satisfied. Easy to assemble and impressed with how well it is made. Looking forward to days on the trails once the weather warms up. So far very happy with my new Scout.

I wish you would have sent a one page instruction sheet with the bike. I had a hard time putting the handlebars on because I didn't know there was a bolt that I needed to tighten with an allen-head. The paperwork said to refer to instructions on line, but this bike model was not included and the closest instruction didn't show the handle bar mounting, just unscrewing the actual handle bar.

It is not too much to ask for to include instructions when you need to put something together. The process was really simple, once I located the bolt.

My 2018 750 Kush was stolen. So I replaced it the R750 HT. Like the all the minor upgrades.
Disappointed it did not have a brake light feature standard. It would be low cost to add and a great safety feature for your customers - please consider adding that to all your bikes. This is the 3rd M2S bike I have purchased.

Love me new bike! Day 1 took it out for a 20 mile jaunt, no problem. Can't wait to get back on it for my next ride!! Great customer service on the phone during the holidays. Thanks M2S Teams. Will happily be recommending your products made in N.C. as much as possible!
