The warranty service I received for my bike was FANTASTIC! Quick and Easy. I only wish all my experiences with Retailers was as good. I am glad to give 5 Stars, I only wish I could give more. M2S is the BEST!! I love these bikes . . . and now the service department that stands behind them.

I just purchased the All Terrain Ultra FS I was very impressed with the handling and power in the snow I rode the bike 5 miles in the 2/2/21 storm on Long Island New York from my home to work and back. When I rode the bike in the woods, hills I was never able to climb were no challenge for this bike. I can't say enough good thing about the bike .

I researched ebikes a ton before purchasing this Ultra HT for hunting/recreational purposes. I compared all the major brands, Bacou, Rambo, Quietkat and Rad Rover. The specifications/components of equivalent models were very similar. Same aluminum frame, brakes, tires handle bars, chains, etc. However, M2S uses an upgraded Shimano derailleur set and a standard battery size of 19.5 amp-hours, where others use a standard 14.5 amp-hour. battery. The other brands charge almost $500 more for an equivalent size battery.

The big difference was the price. M2S was approximately $1300-$1500 cheaper than the other brands for almost the identical build, including accessories. Customer service is outstanding. The only negative is it takes months to get a bike, and you must pay in full when ordering. M2S explained that full payment guarantees the purchaser a production spot since these and most other bikes are made in China. That is somewhat risky for the average purchaser if M2S suddenly declared bankruptcy while waiting for your bike. That's $3000 hanging out for 3-4 months. Otherwise I would have given five stars. The bike is a tank and truly a better deal than the other bikes I considered.

It's a great bike and I love it. I'm having a little trouble getting on it due that only 5:6. It's easy to shift and peddle and wow when you use the battery hang on it's a fast ride. I'm truly glad that I bought it!!!

Love the bike and the performance. Easy to put together and well engineered. Your service was great. Received the bike in a very reasonable time. I had left a request to purchase another set of wheels, less tires. I didn’t receive a answer. I’m some what concern about the service after the sale.

I was very impressed with the thoughtful packaging of our two new Ultra HTs. Everything survived shipping and was in immaculate condition. Assembly was not too difficult, but as an "old guy" I would have loved to have found a brief and well-written step-by-step guide in the box. Unfortunately, the rear bolts provided with the accessory rear rack that I purchased from M2S did not fit the pre-drilled and threaded holes in the frame near the rear wheel. Had to find four slightly larger metric bolts (sold in packages of 25 at Fastenal). We had one reasonable day to test ride them before snow hit DC. Hoping for better weather soon. Customer support has been very good so far!

The All-Terrain Scout was even bigger, 750 watt, then when ordered, I was a little worried but it's so cool. I’m 65 years old 5'-4", the step through makes this bike easy to ride, the fat tires give it a smooth well-balanced ride and starts rolling with the first rotation so easy on my knees. Traversed roots, rocks and sand, with comfort. Watched the videos when putting it together. Taking it RVing three times now. I love this bike.

This is a nice add on for my bike. It adds comfort and can be adjusted for different riders size

This was my 3rd time contacting M2S for the same issue but I believe it is now finally resolved.

Overall, very positive experience. Great communication and follow throughout ordering to delivery process. Bike is everything I expected and more. I'm 5'10.5 and am very pleased I went with Medium frame. I typically prefer larger framed bikes and got some great feedback from M2S staff to support my decision. Thus far, only modifications have been 80mm riser handlebars and riser seat post, personally
takes it to the next level. GLTA

I have owned the All Terrain R750 HT for 7 months now and it is amazing! Here in the Pacific Northwest there are seemingly endless forest and logging roads to explore, and the R750 has allowed me to go deep into the backcountry wilderness and up to 4000+ ft high ridges. It is well made and designed, it has held up great for 600 miles with my somewhat aggressive riding in dry, wet, and snowy conditions. With power-assist and a little sweat equity, I can climb more than 3500 feet of elevation gain, up 7-10 miles of old gravel mountain forest road and regularly hit 35 mph coming down!. It has greatly increased my adventure capabilities and has paid for itself with the excitement it has brought of discovering and experiencing new and remote natural areas, where motorcycles aren't allowed. Would absolutely recommend it to any backcountry mountain biker. Less work, go farther, more fun!

Five stars for exceptional customer service

My new All Terrain Ultra HT meets or exceeds my expectations. Great quality control, excellent components and smooth operation. I have only rode less than 20 miles due to temperatures below freezing and deep snow, however the bike with its 4.5 inch tires a 15 pounds is stable and aggressive. I have not even touched the throttle yet. The Pedal Assist is perfect for snow riding on Snowmobile trails. Really a fun Fat Tire ride. Looking forward to many enjoyable miles ahead. I'm 73 years young and the All Terrain Ultra HT will help keep me young. Customer support is fast, friendly and helpful. I will always recommend M2S products.

Of the 4 ebikes I have purchased 2 of them have been from M2S. The M2S bikes came with better components and required little to no adjustments after assembly. Overall they are just a better bike for the money and the 1st place I will look when searching for a new bike.
