Just got my FS Ultra and it’s a dream! Easy to put together, and , although I’ve just ridden it a bit so far it’s awesome...powerful and handles great..very stable. I’m a long time mountain biker and already have a Santa Cruz Tall Boy and a Focus mountain ebike, but this one is another animal entirely. I have already contacted Zack at company headquarters he has rapidly responded to all my emailed questions. Great service there. Only caveat I would make to buyers is that the top tube on this medium full suspension bike is high..I’m 5’ 10” and the stand over height is, let’s just say, bit to high for comfort. My workaround is to install a dropper seat post, so that I can dismount without embarrassing myself. I learned from Zack that the hard tail bike offered by these guys has a lower top tube option, so if you don’t need full suspension, there’s a lower top tube for you. Anyway, a great value, I researched for months and had it narrowed to three fat tire ebikes...this one is several thousand dollars less expensive than the others , and only one of those had full suspension. Thanks, guys, keep up the great work!

We recently purchased 2 M2S bikes. Custom service is superb! The bikes are awesome ....we have had them out in the snow and they go great ....but can't wait for summer!

Good bike for the cash. Wish it had a dedicated manual for the controller interface. Has been a blast so far. The bike does run big.

Good crank set but so hard to remove the old one to install the new one. This model is out dated tech and need to be updated to more modern tech.

If you're reading this, just buy it! These bikes are outstanding. The quality is noticeable as soon as you open the box. The customer service is great as well, any questions you have they will answer! I have put 100 miles on my all terrain ultra ht in 3 weeks. SO FUN! Assembly is less than 45 min out of the box. Hardest thing to do is waiting for it to be shipped. During these crazy times, everything takes longer than usual, but as soon as bike ships you get it very quickly! Going to have to buy one for the wife next!!!

I have only had the bike for a few weeks, in the dead of winter, so haven't ridden it much yet. What I can report is that the bike shipped when promised, the battery was shipped separately and arrived the same day as the bike, and both were in great condition on arrival. I had several questions both before and after purchasing the bike, and M2S has always responded quickly and has been very helpful.

I am very happy with the quality overall, although I am a little concerned about the quality of the suspension fork and the hubs (but I haven't had any issues with either). If I have one complaint, it is regarding the size of the front brake rotor. For a large frame bike weighing over 70 lbs, it should have a 203mm front rotor by default.

For the price, I think this bike is a great value, and if I had more ride time on it, it's probable I would have given it 5 stars.

I was disappointed that the bike was not as pictured, however with supply chain issues I can understand. M2S should notify the customer before shipping that there are changes to the bike from what is shown on line.

I basically like and enjoy the bike. The medium size is good for me at 5'11". The frame is well made and the overall quality of the bike is good. I like the black finish on the frame and the welds are mostly ground smooth. Most of the components are good quality and I believe I got what I paid for which is a solid middle of the road ebike. The bike is robust in size and rides well on the road. I upgraded to the 21 AMH battery and feel the $200 upcharge was a good value. My only complaints are that the rear derailler could be a better quality and the sprocket on the front should be larger to better peddle at higher speeds. I basically do not use the lower (bigger) gears at all. The diameter of the tires are large and I really did not know what to expect until the bike arrived and I could physically see what they looked like. I took a leap of faith on that and am getting used to the larger size. I'm wondering if the 27.5 X 3 may be more appealing? Maybe not. There were very few photos of the bike on the website or utube reviews. I like the 3" instead of 4" because most of my riding is on pavement. Power of the motor is good and I unlocked it to go 28. The color display is nice but I was hoping the battery % remaining would not be in blocks of 20% but rather each % at a time. I replaced the seat which is something I planned on anyways. The inside customer support guys have been very good to work with. Very responsive! I looked at three different bike companies before deciding on M2S. I liked that it was in NC rather than Canada in case I needed assistance with a problem. There's a value to that and I hope the support continues into the future as I use the bike and have questions about maintenance.

Absolutely love the scout. It is perfectly sized for shorter framed people. Also the over all geometry of the bike is easily changeable, meaning I can move my seat forward or backward to extend or ease my reach, and the handle bar neck is adjustable as well, so you can raise lower or even make the bars further or closer as well. All this along with the easy to mount frame make it a great ride.
Also like to mention the parts are quality made. Even the racks and fenders are metal not cheap plastic. This is a very powerful bike, and it takes us anywhere we want to go. We purchased the scout and the ultra ht 750. Both are amazing and quality bikes with hydrolic disc front and rear brakes.
Both bikes are worth ever cent, and I cant believe I went this long before buying one. Also the customer service was amazing. Spoke to a very down to earth person with immense knowledge and information to share. I called several times to pick their brains prior to purchase. Amazing people down there.

I recently purchased 2 ebikes from M2S. This was after a lot of research, and several phone calls to the company. The gentleman I spoke to Riley, was extremely patient and had load of information and recomendations for us. My fiance being on the short side they recomended the scout. It is perfect size for her and has all the power we need for some really great rides, on and off road. The 750ultra ht though is something really amazing. It has the mid drive motor which I really wanted and I can easily switch from eco mode to sport mode on the fly. I have ridden it multiple times on grass, sand and even recently snow mobile trails with packed down snow. Its a beast to say the least.
