Firstly, we went against our own company policy by offering you a 50% reship (which you just emailed us to say you have now received). We placed trust in you and we were willing to give you the benefit of the doubt since we have no way of knowing if you original order did or did not arrive. It is a shame that you have not been willing to extend the same courtesy to us. Secondly, there were not "multiple spelling errors" in the address on your original order. There was a single extra "l" at the end of the city name. You know as well as I do that this would have no effect on the deliverability of your order and to suggest this is the reason you didn't receive your order seems disingenuous at the least. I want to continue to give you the benefit of the doubt - but it is hard to see your response as anything other than an attempt to take advantage of our good nature and to pressure us into sending you even more free product, which I'm afraid will not work.
