Hi Karlos,
As agreed in the previous email I sent you, we were going to wait until the end of the week to see if your order arrives. Since it still hasn't arrived, according to our policy and as discussed, we were happy to send you a 100% reship free of charge.
However, your attitude has been horrible to both me and and my staff. Orders do get stopped or seized - that is just the reality. Because of this, we always honour our 100% reship agreement for tracked orders and are always happy to come to a solution with our valued customers.
What we don't value though, are customers like you. Threatening us and being rude is not the way to go about it. You have now also asked to change your re-ship to another compound which makes me very suspicious. With that in mind we are sending you a full refund - despite already sending out your original order - and banning you from our shop and services. Please take your attitude elsewhere and see how you get on.
