Update: First review was made on a bad day lets try this again, so this batch 4 pellets got crush/dusted not the biggest deal, was looking foward to the chemcard but did get double the stickers so not too shabby.
CC has proven very committed in sorting out the situation which is much appreciated.

Thank you for your last minute phone call on the final (very busy) day of German shipping before the NpSG ban, asking us to add extra to your order. My apologies you didn't get it, it was so busy and as it wasn't on our ordering system (we don't usually take orders or requests over the phone) it must have been left out by mistake by our dispatchers. We offered you a full refund for the missing amount but you requested for it to be sent to you. This was shipped on the 16th July and you should receive it soon.
