I paid extra for tracking and yet i got no tracking informations whatsoever, they recieved my payment on 24., i ordered with the more expensive option that arrives in 1 working day, today is the 26. but still no package,
E-mails get straight up ignored. Selective scam?
Edit: emails got responded to a day later, the package arrived now 4 days later, i know its not your guys fault but atleast give us different shipping methods (Ups, Dhl, Hermes) really anything else BUT the horrible german mail which is somehow even worse than the german train company....
Anyways, i was worried that the product when not properly cooled degrades to a unusable mess, these concerns were gone once my walls started to melting.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your Order hasn't arrived safely with you yet. Unfortunately, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, we do not have control over how long it takes to arrive with you. It is likely that Deutsche Post haven’t scanned in your shipment yet, as we have had several shipments from that day arrive without the tracking updating immediately.
I have also replied to your private email - please be mindful that we work 9am-5pm so emails received after this time will be answered the next day.
