Product which arrived was good. Ordered last week of April. One of two packages arrived last week of May having been opened by customs. With a nice note saying they found nothing dangerous😁. I sent an email expressing my concerns about the shipment. I was told to wait a few more days. I waited a week then sent another email explaining nothing had arrived. Told to wait. I waited another week. Sent another email about the situation and all communication stopped. It has been 10 days and two emails since I have received a response. This has been disappointing to say the least.
I love the articles and website. I feel you are doing a wonderfully needed service for RC enthusiasts. What started out as an exciting adventure has turned to deafening silence. I did not wish to write this review and was hoping to write a glowing testimonial. The product quality of what arrived was excellent. I cannot recommend this service to others but do forward articles to fellow travelers.
