5 Stars for my first 2 Orders, but this one gets tricky. Paid on monday, got payment received email on tuesday in which it is stated that my order will be send within 24 hours or the next day. Now 48h have been passed and i dont have a shipping confirmation or a tracking link for "einwurf einschreiben". Also the Staff contact was not that helpful, they only said my order is "currently processing" and since that mail also 24h have been passed. So i sit here one day bevore the upcoming ban, paid a lot of money and dont get clear information about my order. That is bull****!!

Hi fellow researcher!
I am so sorry for the unnecessary stress. We had an issue with our restock not arriving in Germany, so there was an unexpected delay on a huge amount of orders, which was obviously not ideal just days before the ban. We tried to contact everyone to inform them of the delay, but there were so many that we must have missed some, so apologies for the lack of communication from us.
Also, technically the ban has not yet happened. The meeting was held on June 14th, but it has not been written into the Federal Gazette just yet. It will probably come in this week. We tried to communicate this via newsletters etc, as I imagine you were extra stressed since you through the ban was happening ON the 14th!
Anyway, I'm relieved to see that your order arrived last Friday. I hope the research experiments are going well!
