Well made stair treads

White Oak Stair Tread
I bought 12 stair retreads in white oak with a mitered left side. The stairs were built and finished well. Of note these stairs are really expensive! The grain of the wood was very plain with almost no variation in coloration. The packaging was excellent, as all materials arrived undamaged.

We love it. Came delivered as promised in a timely manner. There were a couple little hiccups in the wood but we put that side down so it's our dirty little secret. Very happy with the quality.

Product is great. Finish is good. Communication on delivery not the best. Multiple emails over two weeks that item was delivered. Not the case. Hard to track down where it actually was each time I received these notifications. Finally had to pick it up at a freight center locally.

Character Walnut Landing Tread
Exceeded my expectations… love walnut and especially something like the Character Walnut which captures all the color variation in walnut…. I preferred them 1” larger than my stair width because I knew nothing is square in this house and it was a great decision… the end result was incredible!!!!

Red Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
We needed a small shelf for our great room. I checked the obvious sites online and could not find anything other than cheaply made shelves. And no color that would work in our room. My husband found Hardwood Lumbar’s site and immediately we knew we could get just what we needed. The shelf matches our decor perfectly. The wood is solid and beautifully finished. It took longer to get and was more expensive but having it custom made was worth it.
