Maple Signature Blended Grain Butcher Block Countertop
It's kind of slimy that I can't select less than 5 stars on this review. That's not very honest and it doesn't help the business improve. I'm not sure what to write or how to rate my experience because still haven't received my order yet. I placed an order for a small butcher block rectangle on February 24. According to Hardwood Lumber, it was supposed to arrive on March 7. However, they didn't ship until March 11. It's March 16 and it still hasn't arrived. I wish that I'd have gone to the lumber yard and done the project myself. That said, the site's design and ordering process is simple and efficient.

We apologize for the delay in shipping your order and the inconvenience it has caused. According to FedEx tracking this has been delivered on the 16th. Thank you for your feedback on our ordering process and website design.

Cypress Floating Stair Tread
I had a vision for floating shelves in our new kitchen. After many hours searching for the answer I came across Hardware Lumber Co. So many options, decided on Cypress Stair treads. Order process was simple, level of communication during the production process was great, real live customer support on the phone and great finished product. Had to work a 45 angle. Finished in matte clear poly. Brackets embedded into drywall on grout lines for finished look.

Love my floating shelves

Walnut Floating Shelf
I was nervous about ordering floating shelves online, especially ones that are at a premium price point. And I was even more nervous that 1" thick shelves would mount properly! I'm happy to report that the shelves have held up well (we installed them into studs and plywood backing) and look just as gorgeous as I'd hoped. The walnut wood is obviously very high quality, with beautiful graining and a finish that's just to my liking. The shelves were packed with extreme care and arrived in perfect condition. My one complaint is that it was pretty difficult to extract the metal brackets that inset into the wood, but I'd rather they fit tightly than loosely. I would definitely buy from this company again!
