Walnut (Wide Plank) Floating Shelf #1560 (1.25"-8"-77")
Large knot, with a hole in the plank, at about three feet from one end which made it unusable for the ordered use. Can use the walnut in some fashion, but not as the total shelf...

Hickory Signature Blended Grain Butcher Block Countertop
1st top arrived damaged in shipment and broke in two. We notified the customer service dept and sent photo. They expedited a second top at no cost. Arrived just as expected. Wood grain was just right. Size was just right and the edges were as requested. An excellent product at a reasonable price.

Ash Floating Shelf
I have place four separate orders so far for floating shelfs and cabinet trim for our whole house renovation and all I can say is that this is one exceptional company. They followed my instructions to a T. They communicate exceptionally throughout the production process. Everything arrives in a reasonable time frame packaged so that the material is protected. I ordered everything in Ash and it’s just beautiful. No knots, consistent color, boards that are glued together impeccably. They are at the top of my list of vendors I’ve dealt with in my renovation process. I’ve come to expect an outstanding product and they consistently deliver.
