I love my new butcher block counter. When I received my product initially it was chipped on the corner. I contacted the company and they immediately put in an order for a replacement, and they specified to package extra carefully. They made the return and replacement very easy. Great customer service! I would definitely order from them again in the future.

These shelves were exactly what I needed. I wanted open shelving in my kitchen, and I had been looking for the right shelves for about a year. It took me a long time because I didn't want to make them, and I wanted actual solid hard wood shelves not veneered plywood. This is pretty much the only place I've found that can make this happen. I honestly cant remember how I found this site, but I am beyond happy that I ordered from here. I went with the Hard Maple floating shelves, I didn't do any special finishes or anything, just went with raw maple and a perfectly squared edge. It came beautifully sanded and ready to go. The brackets are heavy duty, hidden, and flush mounted making it super easy to flush these up to the wall. The only thing I had to do to help reinforce the brackets for heavier items like plates and bowls was to drill an extra hole or two through the bracket into the wall studs, because the studs did not line up with the brackets all the way around my kitchen. However, I anticipated this and knew this was going to be the case, because it is impossible for the company to know exactly where my studs are in my wall, and I wasn't about to ask them to make extra special holes in the bracket, its super easy to just line it up and drill through the brackets with a normal metal bit into the stud, just make sure to counter-sink the screw so it flushes all the way up to the wall. Besides the extra step, which I did not mind at all, the shelves showed up in perfect shape and to my exact specs. It literally couldn't have been more precise. If i could post a picture I would.

The walnut shelves are great - incredible craftmanship. I opted for unfinished as I wanted to use tung oil to match a mid-century modern desk and they look great! Highly recommend

12 ft linear edge grain Rustic Cherry island top came out beautifully. Production time was slightly longer than initially estimated but not a significant delay. I had to call a few times to get updates on production and shipping dates and would have preferred to receive those updates without having to call and track down information. Overall a quality product and would purchase from this company again without hesitation.

Good quality countertops. There was some damage to one and edging wasn't quite right, but they issued a refund in part. Good customer service.

Excellent craftsmanship. The countertop arrived sooner than expected (4-5 weeks). They were good about sending updates on the status. The ash accepts stain very well.

We're delighted with our new cutting board. It's been in use daily for the past 2-3 months and it still looks good as new. The end grain design seems to hide and resolve knife marks on its own, more so than the side grain traditional butcher block construction. We bought the new board to expand our prep space --- it has done that and looks great to boot. Although manufacturing took a few weeks, we appreciated the regular progress report updates that were sent out.

I ordered small butcher block pieces for a special project. The wait time was expected to be long, and the company was very clear about it. The blocks I ordered arrived packaged all to hell. It took a while to free the blocks from their boxes!
Every piece is sawn to within 1/16inch, and are smooth and beautiful.
