Ordered a 26”x 56”x 1” unfinished panel for a table top. It arrived with a long crack due to one of the boards in the glue up warping. It’s wood and it happens. I sent photo’s and called customer support. I asked for a replacement and was told to pack up the damaged one and Fedex would pick it which they did in 2 days. A WEEK LATER the new panel arrived in good order. Panel finished up beautifully. Very pleased with the very quick replacement of the damage

Walnut Floating Shelf
Beautiful product. We used floating walnut shelves and countertop for a custom pantry in our kitchen renovation. Even our carpenter was impressed with the material and finishing. There was some minor damage to the shelves that may have occurred in transit; however, we don’t notice them since installation. The company kept me apprised of the production and timing as there was a lengthy lead time but they were up front setting expectations. I would recommend Hardwood Lumber!

Birch Stair Tread
We purchased the birch retro-treads with a tread coat to update our 1970's Brady Bunch carpeted stairway. Underneath the carpet was construction-level pine that could not be finished. Researched different products and prices and found this option. The wood was shipped in a protected way and there was no damage. From the moment we opened the packaging we could tell this was a quality and smart purchase. The wood is beautifully joined and finished. The cuts are true and square. The company worked with us on all our ordering questions including the winder (landing piece). The order was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the end result and are happy we found this option.
