Nice customer service. They helped me order the product. When I got it, the wrong edge was "detailed," so waited for a week to hear how I can get this piece back to get how I wanted. I gave up at that point fearing that if I let it go back, it would hold up my kitchen forever. So I just lived with one showing edge not having the detail it was supposed to have. They compensated me for having to live with it though. So there's the good side. It's a beautiful piece of wood and my counter is amazing.

Great lumber, well packaged and shipped. Taking off one start for two small imperfections on the front edge of one of the planks that were filled and did not stain like the rest of the lumber. If these were not being used as shelves it wouldn't be an issue but as it is they are noticeable, but not terrible.
