I'd be the first to say this order took WAY too long. Over 2 months. And there was an initial error in the order. However, things like that happen. It's what a company does to correct it that matters. And Maria Mast was the customer service contact who shepherded me through the somewhat frustrating process with good and empathetic communications. They made it right. And on top of that, the finished products which arrived today, are truly outstanding. No one likes to experience order issues - but Hardwood Lumber (and especially Maria) get high praise from me on the manner with which they addressed the issues and, of course, the final product being outstanding eases a lot of the process frustration.

Great product! I bought my counter with a miter cut so that I can have the waterfall effect. Very happy with the end result. The only issue was that I specifically asked for all 4 sides to have the rustic edge so that I can use the excess cuts as shelving, but they only did 3 of the edges.

Purchased two slabs for desks. The wood is beautiful and I enjoyed working with it. Communication on delivery was lacking since I had to email them to find out a tentative date after payment was accepted. But, after waiting for about a month, we are really happy with the final product.

Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful board. It required finish shanding to remove machining marks from the surface. That was no problem for me, but be aware if you are not in a position to do the finish work. I did not have the top finished, so I was expecting this. Overall I am very satisfied with the top.
