I've only been taking HistaHarmony for a couple of months now on an as needed basis along with a daily Holoimmune. I've used Holozyme for meals that are not low fodmap and was able to eat pizza, a coney dog, and restaurant food with questionable onion/garlic ingredients. So far, so good, but I don't use it every single day, just risky meals with high FODMAP ingredients. It's comparable to FODzyme, which I used previously, but Holozyme is in capsule form and you don't have to sprinkle it on food.
