I have tried managing it through diet and medication. This past year it has been managing me and there have been times that I was afraid to leave the house. I have been taking trybutyrin X for about a month, so I’m still watching the results. I take 1 with lunch and dinner and I seem to be tolerating it well. Got a bit constipated at first and increased magnesium which resolved that issue. I will soon begin increasing to 2 caps at each meal. I definitely have less bloating & gas. So happy I decided to give this a trial. So far so good!

I apply it to my wrists, temples, neck a few minutes for bed, and I find it helps me to quiet my mind and slow things down in preparation for sleep. Easy to use and a little goes a long way. Although only a 4 at this time as I haven't been using it long, I can report that when taken every meal, my abdominal pain is gone.
