HoloImmune has been a game changer for me! It has lowered my overall histamine reactions to foods significantly! I have been able to incorporate health promoting, gut healing foods (but also high histamine foods) like bone broth powders, homemade chicken feet broth, egg whites, lemon juice and even some ferments! I haven’t been able to tolerate these foods without severe histamine reactions for years. And because of this, it’s reduced my fear response associated with histamines and helped to reduce cortisol levels, allowing me to stop fearing food so much. This is GOOD THING! I increased very slowly for 2 months, starting with a 1/4 capsule and working my way up to a full capsule, but started to notice a BIG difference when I got to a 1/2 capsule. It’s been wonderful to in add these nourishing foods back into my diet, and feel the benefits of them without the histamine overload reactions. Thank you HoloImmune!

As I have mast cell and histamine intolerance, I often experience hives, rash, GI issues, etc. I have been taking other brand's DAO enzyme but I can't take them if I forget to take it 20 minutes prior of eating a meal.
