For years that has been my husbands request of me and of course it didn’t stop until “WAIT!” I started taking Hista Harmony and it is now well under control. So, in 2020 after i got the 'flu'… all of my allergies got so much worse! Foods, environmental allergens, Histamines wreck me! I have Asthma reactions after I eat dinner if I’ve had too much histamine. If I can remember to take a pill 20 minutes before dinner, it saves me! This stuff is awesome!
