I am following the suggested protocol. I am noticing some beneficial gastro-intestinal effects. Also, there seems to be a sleep related benefit of Mg-glycinate. I am experimenting with dosing, and so far, the lower end of doses seems to be the sweet spot for my systems. At higher levels my GI tract becomes over-active. I am in the first month of usage, so anticipate I will have more insight as more time passes. So far, satisfied and encouraged.
