I definitely digest my meals better with this trio. Still trying to find the sweet spot for my dosage, and it does depend on what I'm eating. The best result I've seen so far is that I'm not nearly as fatigued after eating, and in fact I'm sometimes not "extra" tired at all. I have been using Tributyrin-X for almost a year now. At first, I used 1-2 a day and saw some improvement in my gut issues. Then, last spring, I had two bouts of food poisoning and ramped up my quantities to 3 a day to help with that terrible time. Then, I ran out this fall for a whole month, and could definitely feel a difference in my gut and how I was doing. So, when I finally got them again, I started taking 4 a day to REALLY help with my healing!! Here's my one piece of advice--don't run out of Tributyrin-X!!

I am still working out the ideal titration for myself and have only been using the products for about 10 days. I like the description of assuring the enzymes have the right nourishment. However, when dissolved in the stomach every enzyme will see a solution of all coatings. Am I wrong. Also changing to Holizyme is probably not a drastic change. I will allow 2 months to determine if it defends its price.
