Significant improvement . I was using MD formulation for last few yrs. It helped a lot. ( In addition to HCL of course)
But I am experiencing better results using Holozymes. I will be a customer as long as I can afford it.

I have not looked through everythng yet, but there is a ton of information in the program; some I knew, some I didn't. I like that there is a "fast" version and a "nerdy" version; this suits my family well. I also like that most things are in video format as reading articles and transcripts can get tiring. Being able to access the test forms multiple times is helpful (I do monthly MSQs to track my symptoms already). So far it seems like everything you need is in there. My only downside, is that I can't exactly afford all the supplements that complement the program. The program itself is worth it for the knowledge gained.

Well, I'm been taking Magnesium glycenate for many years and different brands but nothing compared with this one. I'm not finished the first bottle of 90 capsules yet but I can see the different. I sleep better at night, I won't wake up exhausted and also I dont have to run to the bathroom as soon as I wake up.....lol.
That is a huge improvement for me. Thanks for a wonderful product.

Since starting, my intestinal motor motility complex seems to have fewer cramps and better movement.

The products have helped me a lot. I have multiple medical problems affecting my gut health. I can tell a difference already.

I think my food reactions are less severe and I feel calmer all the time :). Thats a win!

I've tried other enzymes and for some reason I get body aches right after. This one doesn't do that.

I think this is a good product as is every product I use from this company. My stomach is a bit tender at the moment so it is too strong for me. I will try it again soon.

I’m taking Holozyme combined with Tributryin- x and an HCL product and my digestion and ability to tolerate more varied foods has greatly improved. I’m going to try Healthy Gut’s HCL next!

I have been taking HoloZyme with my meals for about 1 year, and it seems to be the most pure and effective digestive enzyme available on the market. I have taken other brands, but they seem to smell strongly of fungus. HoloZyme is very pure and high-quality. It works at a much broader pH range compared to porcine-derived pancreatic digestive enzymes. I also appreciate that I can open the HoloZyme capsule and put the contents into a little water to drink with my meals. It does not get destroyed by my stomach acid. It helps my digest vegetables also.
I don't know of any other digestive enzyme on the market that also contains brush-border enzymes, which I need to digest vegetables and starches.
Overall, HoloZyme is a unique product to help with digestive problems.

Over time, this has helped me. I have been on it for a couple years 3x a day, 1500 mg. While it hasn't resolved all my health issues as I have many and it's complicated, my digestive health is so much better. I think my allergies are reducing too. An osteopathic Dr asked me this year, how are your allergies (seasonal), and I stopped and said actually, I'm fine I don't have any. I think he was really surprised because people must be really complaining about theirs. Loads of people are taking OTC to get thru the day. Recently I went to someone's house with intense dog and cat presence. All my life this will cause my throat to start draining and feel on the way home like I'm really coming down with something fast. I could never have pets in the house! I suddenly realized with shock that I didn't have a single twinge AT ALL despite being in the house for hours (the person even pointed to one couch and said it was going to be burned the cats clawed it so much). That isn't even possible to not have that allergy any more!
My son had a bottom rash that came on after a virus a couple years ago and it was not able to be solved by multiple Drs. It was very bad. Two years old zinc cream 2x a day trying to keep it just at bay. NOTHING WORKED. He also separately was constipated (not related to rash). I got an email from this company after the pediatric gastroenterologist who specialized in hard to solve cases came to dead end and threw up his hands basically. At this point my son was on laxatives and a quarter cup of flax seeds a day as a young child under age 10. He needed more and more just to go. I was desperately praying. This email was like a miracle because the words "improves gut motility" stood out to me. I thought maybe his bowels are slow rather than constipated. I called Healthy Gut and they don't have capsules that are half sized for kids (please make these!). They recommended Sunbutyrate liquid for kids who can't swallow capsules. I bought it and within 5 days, my son's constipation was gone. He no longer took laxatives or flax seeds. One tsp a day for Pete sake! Also, can you believe the bottom rash faded away too soon after (maybe a week to ten days to start fading). I contacted the pediatric gastro to relay what worked all written out and never heard back from them. He kept on butyrate daily for about three months and only takes as needed now. He also is way less OCD/tics than he used to be and doesn't seem to be sensitive anymore to fermented foods like before. My mom is taking it now bc after the C virus, it damaged her bowels and she became gluten intolerant and has these "episodes" (which I think is tied to gut motility). She increases these when she has an episode and one or two other things and she pulls out of it. She went to the hospital by ambulance for first episode so this is a good benefit now for her. Highly recommend. (Though one friend felt ill on it and discovered by stool samples she is High butyrate already, so maybe some people don't need this??)
I have tried the Holoimmune twice different years and I simply cannot handle it AT ALL. It brought back issues I haven't had for decades. I do also take their magnesium hp and the Holozyme which seems to work really well as a digestive enzyme.

They went bad before I could finish all of them. A moisture problem I guess. Couldn't tell they helped at all, but was told others had a great outcome.

This magnesium is in a convent form (capsules), and I have not noticed any side effects from taking it. A nice way to get my magnesium supplements!
