I have had chronic bloating for years now and after taking Holozyme for only a few weeks now my bloating is so much less now!! Unfortunately this product didn't work for me because I found out I have a sensitivity to s. cerevisiae and my immune system over reacted to this product so I had to stop taking it. Customer service and return policy is great though to at least be able to try it!

Histaharmony is a powerhouse of a supplement. Although I take mast-cell stabilizers and antihistamines, I had given up on using DAO because I didn't feel it helped me much. I went out for sushi twice recently. The first night I remembered to use the Histaharmony. I took it before my miso soup arrived. I also had plenty of soy sauce, and some sake. I felt fine. A few days later I had soy sauce with my sushi again, and a beer. I didn't take Histaharmony. I woke up the next day with a really bad migraine. Of course other factors could've been involved, but I do tend to get migraines more frequently after soy and miso consumption. I will keep using this product and see how it goes in the future.

I take HistaHarmony twice a day. I never took DAO before, but when Healthy Gut came out with their DAO I knew it would be a great product because I also take Trybutryn and that has helped me as well.
