So far in the first week of using I experienced brain fog, this was at a dose of once per day with food. In week 2 I experienced sleepiness lasting all day when taken with a morning smoothie, and bowel movements were more consistent. Week 3 I am still on 2 caps per day and my energy is increasing again. Now I would like to know from Steven's team whether these are to be expected symptoms. I feel as if and would like to know if it's my imagination that my belly fat has shrunk as well. I love this supplement thank you, Steven!

I started taking histaharmony because I was breaking out in hives after being in the sun, drinking a glass of wine or tea/coffee, or after eating some of my favorite healthy foods. I felt like I was having an itchy rash reaction to most things I ate regularly. I took it before every meal for about a week, then I was able to taper off to only foods and drinks that I knew might cause an issue. After a few weeks, the rash was gone!
