I took HistaHaromony on an empty stomach, and was shocked at how effective it was at relieving my itchy eyes and and sinus pressure. Taking it before eating high histamine food has made so much of a difference that I don't really need the 3 or 4 capsules of the other DAO enzyme I was using. I had tried every other brand and didn't feel they made any difference until I tried this. I had read that independent testing had shown that most of the available Dao supplements didn’t actually contain as much dao as stated and in some cases none! I definitely can tell the difference with this one so really hoping they wont mess with the formula.
