So far so good! I purchased this for my seven year old son and husband who have bad seasonal allergies. The typical runny nose, itchy eyes and sneezing. They have been taking one a day to start and we are hoping that by starting it a bit before full on Spring is sprung it will help this season of allergic responses. I am very hopeful we can steer clear of Claritin 🤞🏼

so far I have worked up to 2 at breakfast and have noticed better bowel movements with less constipation. I tried 2 at dinner also but that gave me insomnia so I cut back to 2 with breakfast and will work up slowly with my second meal
