I have been using Be Serene for about a week...I find that it relaxes me but does not make me sleepy right away...I may sleep 3 and one half to 4 and one half hours instead of waking after 3 hours hours before waking up .I am hoping with continued use I will get sleepy sooner and sleep longer...

You can try applying more than one pump in the evening to prepare for bed. You can even use more than one location on the body for the lotion. You can also reapply it if you wake too early to help you get back to sleep again.
