I started off on full dose and was having histamine symptoms. I was able to communicate with one of the coaches to get support for how to adjust the protocol. Haven’t listened to the Q&A recording yet, but I think it’s great that they did that for support as well.

I have been dealing with bloating, leaky gut, mold, etc for a number of years. During that time I have tried many diets and food adjustments, supplements. Probiotics, herbs, potions, alternative and mainstream medical help —as many have who deal with this. I started taking Holozyme and tributyrin-X faithfully for about 6 months. I have played with the dosages and seem to have found a daily dosage schedule that has helped do away with or quickly resolve symptoms. I really believe in these two products. I also appreciate Steven's continual efforts to reach out, educate, answer questions, and guide as much as possible those who use his products. I feel I am finally heading in the right direction. When I first started, I had terrible diarrhea and I could not tolerate Holozyme, but I started little by little, and I also I increased my Tributyrin-X, and I added Betain HCL. My stools eventually were normal and I started to sleep better! Unfortunately, I stopped Tributyrin-X like for three weeks because I had started a mast cell and histamine supplement, and the diarrhea came back, that’s when I
realized that I was not ready to stop the Tributyrin yet!! I started it again, and now my stools are going back to normal…. Thank you for your effort to help so many of us with this gut problems!!!

While individual products help such as DAO and quercetin ,it seems after a few hours my symptoms come back but when using the healthy gut bundle my histamine and gut issues are literally gone !!!
