I first started improving my fast motility (after 10 years!) by talking HCL and Enzymes (after a short herbal kill protocol), but Tributyrin seemed to really seal things up. I've been able to eat a lot more foods. It's been wonderful. Most of the time I have normal bowel function and loose stools are non-existent.
