Not much of a difference with taking the suggested 2 per meal and on empty stomach. Can one take more than 2 at meals?

Yes, you can take more than 2 capsules per meal, and some people may need more in the beginning if their digestion is really compromised. Feel free to experiment with taking 3-6 per meal and/or taking HoloZyme between meals to see which combination gives you the best digestion.
