this is the only magnesium i have found that does not upset my stomach or add to my gi symptoms. since starting a new medication nearly two years ago, i have been battling the unfortunate side effect of constipation, which is something i have not previously experienced. i tried different types of magnesium, and while some were effective, they did not make me feel good. this is the only magnesium supplement i have found that works without any adverse side effects. i work for an alternative medicine clinic and am able to purchase many supplements at cost; however, i am 100% willing to pay retail price for this product!
