This product immediately began helping my low stomach acid issues which were causing a severe disruption in my ability to eat or digest food. I did the HCL test and incremented from 1-6 capsules. I found my dose to be about 4-5 depending on how much protein I eat/meal.

So I'm still testing this product out, I have a long-term condition and I've noticed that my inflammation at times after taking this just vansished. My one gripe is it's expensive for just 30 pills but there's nothing like it. I'm curious to see long term results, been on it for a few weeks now and at times I had to double up on bad days but I was glad to have it for sure. I think this will be just part of the regimen going forward. I don't think this is a complete solution at this time but part of set of tools I'm using to try to quiet my condition.
