I've used other HCL products for years to avoid stomach pain when eating things like avocados. I didn't know HCL could help keep me regular even when eating cheese and meat. The first couple of days I tried this HCL, I had easy bowel movements even though I ate cheese that first day, which usually stops me up for several days. I didn't notice that happening with the other HCL products, so I don't know what's different about this product, I only know I'll be using it regularly now to keep me regular.

That is fantastic to hear! HCL Guard also has ginger in it, which in part acts as a prokinetic to help keep food moving through our digestive tract and out :)

So hard to know for sure but I think Holozyme is helping me digest food better. It is basically impossible to describe how.
